Asana is great product to work with your team remotely.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana works great. It organizes, fosters collaboration, and works as a great way to stay connected. Would highly reccommend for an organization looking for a communication and project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana can be challenging to get started with unfamiliar staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very few problems. Our staff was able to focus on some projects and timelines much better.

Asana has helped keep my tasks in line- due dates, subtasks, and additional comments for items have been key in staying organzied.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like enhanced search functionality.

Items do not fall through the cracks as easily when utilizing Asana.
Asana is a great task management system
What do you like best about the product?
The "my tasks>calendar view" is the most helpful feature for task management

I don't really dislike anything so far, I'm a new user

I am able to keep track of all my tasks, and realized it's much better than a personal planner
Asana is extremely user friendly and keeps your projects super organized, and all in one place!

How there are a ton of fields to use, and everything is color-coordinated to help differentiate everything and keep it all organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
No serious dislikes at the moment, but it would be great to be able to have sub-tasks show up on the portfolio (to easier track all projects)

Keeping projects on track. Following processes and systems for each task and having all team members aligned when it comes to this.

Use it! It's super beneficial and helpful for every day business needs!

What do you like best about the product?
Project timeline visualizations and team communication tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the best automation resources are only available on the higher cost subscription tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing team communications and task tracking. It has reduced a lot of redudnant communicaitons and tracking between teams.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite thing about Asana is the continous review and improvement of the Asana plaform. The community give feedback which is acted upon to improves the functionaity and user exerpeince
What do you dislike about the product?
The current limitation of Asana is hierarchy, they ability to have an overarching program which has mutilple projects being delivered towards a common goal. Development of Program and project heirarchy could overcome this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana enables my team to track workload, actions and deliverables. Enbaling them to develop milestone steps toward sthe project deliverable. Previously individual teams would manage projects in silo via excel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend anybody starting out in Asama to start with their own "todo" list. This will give a good understanding of task management which will then enable them to understand more about the structure and then work towards full project / program management.
Asana for Agile Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Asana was instrumental in helping our global marketing team transition to Agile. It has helped us track and visualize our sprints and provided us with visibility to what other teams are working on.
We evaluated several other work management platforms but Asana was the clear winner due to its ease of use and attractive UI.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike about Asana but there are some features that I'd like added. For example, we are using Asana to house campaign and content calendars and it would be nice to be able to see who has viewed the calendars and when.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has provided visibility and transparency. It has fostered teaming and connections. It has helped us to onboard new team members. It has helped to empower team members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Asana. It was easy to implement, easy to administer and Asana provides excellent support.
One of the best project management tools I've ever used

I love three things about Asana:
1. A perfect balance between Utility and Simplicity
2. User-friendly project management tool that is even practical for beginners
3. I can track my work and the work of my colleagues just by checking the collaborators on my tasks and also adding comments to inform them about my workflow and the status of the task

No downsides; it is simply a fantastic platform to use!

Asana has helped our team's remote working on projects together. We're able to see the progress of the project tasks without having to check in with one another.
Best projecttool to manage your workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an intuitive tool that doesn't require any extensive training to be used. Making projects, tasks and subtasks and assigning these to project member is the simplest thing to do. This way you can create easy project or task lists with all the status updates you need. And it's highly customizable for ones needs so Asana doesn't dictate what you need, but you can create what is needed for your own situation. When standard procedures are annoying for you, you can just automate parts of the process in Asana also which spares you time. The continuous updates that are being released make the tool better every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a full integration with Outlook tasks and agenda. It's now only possible to create tasks from Outlook e-mails.

Getting an overview of all your work tasks and projects

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the tool immediately and undergo the ease of interface and inetegrations with other tools. Setup your first projects and start putting in tasks and assign them to others.
Simple and effective tool to track any project with multiple stakeholders

The interface is quite easy to navigate and regular updation for user friendliness
What do you dislike about the product?
Some subtasks still remain open in reporting though main tasks have been marked complete. this creates confusion.

Team coordination adn time tracking using third-party apps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The training material is good and that can be easily accessed. You will love the integration it has with the MS office. This facilitates its usage through Teams and outlook, which save a lot of time also power automation is very helpful.
