-lack of salespeople adopting it. This is more on us I guess but in general salespeople are more resistant to new tool
-pitch and target sales users more as there is as much value in collaborating

The best things in life are free (indeed!)
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me and everyone in my organization to stay organized and be on track. Most importantly, Asana is free. It has apps for all platforms. I assign taks on my Mac and keeps track of everything on my Android. I have also used it on my windows machine earlier. Even if I'm on a vacation, I can keep track of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific to be honest. Its has everything to manage a team effectivelyin the free version that too with 15 member slots which is quite generous. So I cant complain much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me have a peace of mind. I can keep track of all the works I have assigned to my teammates, know the realtime status. Everything can be explained in the description, plus they can ask doubts in the comment section. It eliminates the time I spend on individual calls and lets me be more productive at my work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a free, easy to use, project management tool. Its simplicity depends on how you set it up. You can even set up automations with the paid version.
Asana is exceptional project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
We use Asana at my company every day to schedule meetings and assign tasks. It has proven to be a very useful tool for us. I find it incredibly helpful to plan events, get ready for meetings, and track complex projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite being a good project management tool, there are a few limitations, such as the fact that the mobile app cannot move or adjust tasks in the sticky board view. I also believe that if someone is initially using the tool, it may seem complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was very simple for my team and me to manage multiple projects using Asana since it offers multiple ways to manage tasks including adding comments. Asana allows me to manage multiple projects by creating tasks and assigning them to others, as well as tracking their progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana has become my go-to solution for managing projects at one place because it gives you a virtual board to use. That's why I have recommended Asana.
Excellent and clean tool for product management!
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to set up and configure the boards for the internal team, and we can also create reusable templates and share them with our team to help them launch new projects quickly. It has a great user interface and a clean way to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a way to change the theme style or colors, as well as reorder the fields. Also, there should be a better way to track timelines, as they are currently not visible in the correct manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track daily requests with our development and customer success teams. For example, a bug report, a feature request, QA, and so on. It assists our team in reviewing our pipelines and planning the next steps for the same.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product for any size business and simple to use for any user. It includes all of the features needed to operate the product as well as a support team.

What do you like best about the product?
The most appealing feature of the Asana application is how it enables users to create projects and add milestones and tasks easily. In addition, tracking activities on an individual level and reporting lags or backlogs are all possible with Asana's excellent capabilities for managing projects! Plus, you can make reports in different formats (examples include templates), which means they're easy enough for anyone from any department to use, even if their title isn't "Project Manager."
What do you dislike about the product?
The most prominent drawback to using this software is that we cannot split tasks between multiple users, and it only allows one task per user. Another bad thing about this software is that it does not work efficiently on mobile devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the primary benefits of using Asana include simplifying and automating project management processes and improving communication and collaboration among team members. In addition, I have found that it is an excellent tool for managing both small and large projects and keeping track of individual tasks. Overall, it has resulted in more streamlined and efficient workflows!

Asana is a great tool for managing projects of all sizes. It is easy to use and has a variety of features that can really help simplify and automate your workflows. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent project management tool!
Best Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the features and function Asana provides for user to manage their project and teamwork.I used them for my employees to submit files for the assigned task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly did not find anything missing in Asana. I think they provide us with more features for our work than we desire. Everything is pretty fine just if they do something with the pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for project management. I have been using the software since 2018 and the result is too satisfying. Yes, I am now more productive then before. My business performance has increased.
So easy and intuitive to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very easy to use, easy to search, and easy to organize. It is clean in it's interface and very easy to invite the whole team to access all aspects of the project in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The completed items default as viewable in the project. I wish if you selected the default to hid completed items, this would carry across all boards. Also, the dates do not auto sort by closest to furthest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team is able to host all information related to the subitems of a project in one place. Instead of having a shared dropbox, we can host all of the files and photos related to the project in the same item.
A perfect balance between Utility and Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
It enables workflow automation that can be configured with a variety of triggers and actions, such as the multi-step approval process of notifying colleagues via Slack about an incoming deadline. Asana gets you where you need to go on day one and supports you wherever your journey takes you in the days that follow. It's zero-entry from the start and goes as deep as you need it. We like to be able to share data with other company employees in a fast and efficient way. We also like that they continually make improvements that we never knew we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be improved and the top panel can be collapsed to save space on the page. We can no longer drag documents from Asana directly to the computer. We have to download and then save to the file. Before it was easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep everyone on the same page and you can attach files from Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox. The pandemic has created a need to obtain, track, communicate, and provide access to a variety of new data. Asana makes it possible to comply with the information security principle of least privilege.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Collaboration with peers and external stakeholders, reports and dashboards are something your business will use day in and day out. great tool Gantts program easy to configure. Use at a simpler level more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Asana as a task management platform. It has kept me organized, both professionally and personally. I had never been able to stick to a to-do list before, but Asana's ease of use and collaboration abilities make it my favorite workplace tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that I dislike about Asana. Since it has customization capabilities for tasks and projects, I'm able to get exactly what I need from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Asana solves is team collaboration. It has eliminated some of the silos that were occurring with individuals on the team working on their own projects and not realizing that there were overlaps that could be benefitted from more collaboration. Asana helps us see what others are working on and it keeps us accountable to a timeline.

You can track all type of projects thanks to its pre-built and 100% customizable templates it's easier and takes less time.

The pricing tiers per user are quite expensive for teams up to 10 people.
