Excellent Design and Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has allowed me to collaborate with the people of my company to manage all my projects and tasks, it is really an excellent platform that has a wide capacity and flexibility to carry out all kinds of jobs and projects, with Asana you can create a follow-up to all your Tasks and projects, it is really a very flexible platform since you can use it for all types of projects and to keep track of each task, set a start and end date to each project, which is excellent to maintain performance and productivity in your job.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I dislike about roast because it is completely different from Trello, Asana can be used in your own way, whereas Trello does not have the capacity and functionality that Asana has. It is an easy-to-use mind and has extensive content to carry out your projects either in the form of a list, board or schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has excellent functions that allow you to do a job properly, it has an excellent Asana guide that will help you throughout the process of your projects, it allows you to record a video message and add changes to your tasks, and it allows you to integrate smart calendar.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it because it is an excellent platform to collaborate with your work team on projects and tasks, it is easy to use and increases productivity in your work team.
It's give me a buzz for its fantabulous features with task, workflow and project management.

Easy to navigate and share with others for an organization

It deletes items completely when completed is hit, I would prefer a backup to look atthise items

I like Asana because it has the following features:
I can manage my projects and I can see the progress of the project.
I can easily generate reports for my clients whenever I want.
I can share my files between my team directly.

You can set tasks, deadlines, and even link them to specific projects, contacts, or organizations. They can also be classified into "pending tasks", and "projects", to name a few. These are also color-coded, which has given me a clear overview of what it looks like every day.
I can manage my projects and I can see the progress of the project.

• Presentation mode: asana allows us to present our ideas and plans in a simple and visually attractive way.
• Quick view: allows you to quickly preview the document in a folder, browser, or email
• I can divide tasks or projects among my team and even keep track of them.

There are a few main features to recommend:
• Synchronization
• Collaboration: allows access to all projects to all stakeholders.
• Visual timelines based on the Gantt chart - Use the most recognized method to build project plans.
• Dependencies: create dependencies between different tasks in different projects.
I would say that Asana is a very useful tool that any professional or not can use to manage their projects.

Makes team communication a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps our spread out remote team communicate on projects quickly and easily and get stuff done!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the folder within folder method of organization is limiting but that's a small complaint

Our team is fully remote and spread out all across the country. Asana helps us communicate clearly on projects and helps us stay on time for deliverables

What do you like best about the product?
I love the feartures of ASANA where I can arrange my tasks depending on their deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a bit off, but the features as a whole are great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we are solving with Asana is project distribution to each of the agents. It also helps the task owner which tasks are urgent or need to be done by the end of the day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just keep enhancing the interface.

What do you like best about the product?
It allowed me to have an overview snapshot of my team peers on their existing project and workload based on the status, priority and date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a hard time viewing Asana on my mobile phone due to the screen resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to assign tasks to my team with the given deadline to meet, and they can provide an update through Asana without having a regular meeting on the status update.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good and easy tool to use—an excellent and user-friendly interface.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to delegate and assign tasks to direct team members, directly comment and add comments to each task
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to assign more than 1 person to a task. It forces you to have to recreate or duplicate tasks if more than one person should be working on a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a large team, Asana is helping me delegate tasks and keep everyone on track to making sure the entire team is able to keep on progress. The benefits allow a remote team to work in a smooth and concise way that goes both ways where everyone on a team has the power to assign tasks to anyone else.
