RELIABLE PLANS FOR TEAMWORK.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a project prioritization and organization application where we can gather all the team's work in a shared space safely and simply, it is a software that allows the planning and development of perfect content to manage pending tasks and work productively and collaborative, it is a program that does not require heavy downloads and allows tasks to be managed in a simple and safe way, it differs by offering a visually pleasant interface with clarity and context from the beginning, it is fully automated and helps reduce errors, it is a wonderful application that brings countless goals to teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is a project prioritization and organization software that works efficiently, being of great help for the development and storage of valuable information, ideas and projects in process where the team can be part of each step. It has worked very well for me, so far it has not thrown me any errors in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My favorite aspect of Asana is that it has over 100 integrations available that come together in one place to communicate, collaborate, and manage team projects easily and efficiently by coordinating work from start to finish, assigning tasks, and sharing files and feedback. I like it because it is a simple, safe and fast application. That facilitates collaboration and streamlines work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Asana to anyone who needs to collaborate as a team safely and easily from anywhere and on any device, I recommend it because it is a perfect project prioritization software that works perfectly speeding up our work without presenting failures or errors. Managing the workflow, and bringing success to our projects, facilitates teamwork and collaboration from start to finish, as well as offering free trial and being able to work on the go.
Asana Is Perfect For Remote Working
What do you like best about the product?
As a freelance writer, I am contracted with a company based out of LA. We use Asana to assign work, communicate, and check off our to-do lists. It's super straightforward to use and requires 0 training!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing about Asana that I have found that I dislike after 2 years of use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, we are making remote communication a piece of cake. My assignments are given to me every week with very little communication with my client and when I am finished, I can simply attach the final product for review. There's no easier way to work with others that are in a different state than you
Management of projects and tasks in an automated way.
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is easy to use, and it is straightforward to organize with this application, the interface is simple, I can add tasks and projects, see their progress status, add details and deadlines, tasks can be assigned in a group or individual, I also like the application a lot because you have tools for communication, I can keep an active chat, I can also mention the members in the tasks, I like the desktop application a lot, it has integration with the google calendar, the board it has an excellent visual very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to configure a little more or better the templates that the application brings by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The monitoring of projects and tasks is excellent, the software has helped us save time with reminders and notifications, the organization and communication of the team has increased, even though we are a group that works remotely, it guarantees that the deadlines are met, and I love that the tasks can be individual or group, it has various template models to add the task, the application is perfect.

Asana is our reliable platform, it is a great tool for business organization.
I cannot get enough of Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I've never been able to better organize my work and know what's going on day-to-day with myself and my team than when I use Asana. I've converted many teams to Asana and none of them have ever looked back. It's easy to organize—hello multihoming!—and easy to use, very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing I could use in Asana is a round-robin style assignment feature that automatically assigns new tasks to members of the team that have bandwidth. That would be a huge timesaver for everyone.
All of the amazing features can sometimes get overwhelming, especially for someone who is brand new to project management tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less work about work! I've automated so many tasks through Asana that would typically take hours to build out—things like adding due dates, creating a templated project, automatically moving a task from section to section, etc. It makes a project manager's life much easier.

I use it on a daily basis to keep track of where all my projects are up to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I don't even have one thing that I dislike about asana.

Especially nowadays with pandemics and teams working remotely, Asana is just the best tool for better performances, goal-oriented teams, and management operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Videos on how to make configurations, integrations, and parameterization. There is a lot of content on how to do this, but turning this into videos would help a lot. Transfer a group of tasks to another person, especially when a collaborator is not anymore a member of the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operation management and remote teamwork.
Great Platform for teams and individuals
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a simple to use platform that can be customizable for teams or individuals. It is very easy to set up, and can be created to fit the needs of your team. I like that you can split projects into the departments or teams where they need to live, and that you are able to share information with either everyone or just the team members who need it. I also like that tasks can be used as 'resource' sharing areas by adding documents, links, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're looking for bells and whistles, Asana may not be the best option. The chat feature within the platform is a bit lacking, and the ability to send emails or create documents is not that of other platforms, like ClickUp. I also do not like that many of the higher features are only available within the paid version, which can be a bit cost-prohibitive to smaller teams or individuals that do not need to buy multiple seats or users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking work can be done easily in Asana. It has been a great platform to help keep me and my team on track, and make sure that things didn't slip through the cracks when working on large projects.

Asana is a great task and project tracking tool, especially if your team is just getting started in this area. It's easy to use and can help streamline your teamwork.
The most robust project management system out there
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the visibility that Asana gives me as the Marketing Director on our team. I'm able to easily go in and quickly see the status of projects, team workload, and gain insight into how our operations are going.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pain point in using Asana is that everyone has a different way of using it. In our own organization, each individual team uses it differently which can make it challenging to cross-collaborate on projects. I wish there was an easier onboarding one-size-fits-all type method that we could implement across the board so that everyone is able to easily use it. It can be challenging to bring in new team members and outside contractors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps keep our product launches, promotions, and marketing efforts on track. We're able to work ahead on projects so that we don't bottleneck in Q4.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a web and mobile application that works perfectly, providing excellent solutions and features, allowing us to organize, track and plan our projects, it is a software that I love because it allows me to develop my work in a productive and collaborative way, save our ideas of Visually safe and hassle-free, I like this tool because it adapts to my needs with flexible features.

Asana is an application that works perfectly, I have used this tool for a long time and it has worked in its entirety from start to finish, it is reliable and offers me security I can keep my ideas and projects prioritized and not miss any detail , its wireless connection is excellent and does not lock.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me plan, manage and keep an absolute control of my projects, collaborating with my colleagues from start to finish, working productively and allowing access to valuable information to keep track of each step of the process, it helps me simplify management work, makes my work easier and faster saves my time and loss of information, I can keep everything organized and safe with Asana. In addition to a unique experience.

I recommend Asana to every person and work team that needs to plan and manage their projects in a collaborative and productive way, with security and speed from start to finish, I recommend this tool because it provides wonderful features, a visually pleasant interface saves our time and work in team is fun.
Enjoyable experience and effective task management
What do you like best about the product?
The UX is great. Easy to find what you are looking for at the home screen and I enjoy the way you can move from different views. Second to this is how well it works to bring team members into a task and the follow up system embed in it (i.e the emails)
What do you dislike about the product?
Little pricey to put more team members on. I find some team members just need to be informed but we have to pay a full sub. It would be great if you can have the whole company on it but only pay for the team members who would be "active"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to scale up the complexity of projects we do. When we were hit by COVID we had to create new isolation facitlies and having the ASANA made it much easier for me to manage allt the task that were required to devleiver the project.

Having a few champions and cases to quickly implement the product on would help alot
