Useful for organising and prioritising tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a really great tool. It is useful for creating task lists to track to-do's for the day, as well as creating larger project boards where you can store information and collaborate across the team. Asana has a nice UI and the use of colours works really well to help differentiate between projects, users and tasks. It is also really customisable so you can create your own view of what works well for your business and individual workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Asana due to how effective and efficient it is. The only thing to mention about a downside could potentially be a cleaner view of your personal tasks as they tend to fall into either 'recently assigned or have a due date e.g. today/later whereas it would be helpful to just have a general task list with no subheading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has brought great productivity benefits to us because we can manage tasks and assign them out. Planning projects is much easier through the use of Asana as we have a central place to record progress and workload.

I love how Asana helps me keep tasks organized, with descriptors, and how easy it is to assign, share, and show the status of various tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes really complex projects can feel overwhelming to input -- sorting out connected tasks that rely on one person to complete before the next person begins can feel messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confusion about who is doing what and when, as well as issues with having to sort through emails and convos to "refind" information about a particular task. Asana helps me streamline everything.

What do you like best about the product?
About Asana I like the fact that you can efficiently and quickly organize each of your projects since it allows you, among other things:
- Assign roles to the members of your projects.
- Monitor the fulfillment of each of the objectives set.
- Being able to see on the home screen the status of each of the assignments given to each team member.
Also, Asana allows you to access quickly and reliably from your computer or your cell phone through a mobile application. Another essential detail to highlight is the fact that it has a friendly, intuitive, and very familiar interface. This detail allows users to feel comfortable in their experience with the software.

What do you dislike about the product?
Asana does not like the fact that its mobile application (by itself an important detail, highlighted as an advantage) tends to be a bit heavy for mid-range or low-end phones. I have been able to test it on different devices, and it is definitely on high-end mobiles (whose memory and processor resources are more significant) that it responds best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped me in every area of the projects that I have managed with this software. Through this, I have seen each assignment's status made to the members of the project team that I am monitoring, and I can be able to give practical answers and precise delivery dates to those who commission the projects.

I recommend it. Asana gives you significant advantages when it comes to monitoring projects. Thanks to these advantages, it is possible to predict your projects' delivery dates with outstanding precision.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is understandable. You can run and integrate with any device and software with the necessary interest. Its price is excellent I can have a task manager at a low cost. I use it constantly because my department has many daily project flow i.e., tasks update in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has contributed to the emergence of new task management processes. This has incurred that many talented employees had to be fired as they were not efficient enough concerning the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Indispensable is this program to evaluate the number of projects being worked on constantly; we can automate processes under management's evaluative control. I have made the company feel at ease since the significant decision to have Asana as our task manager was mine.

It has excellent benefits, so I would like you to use it because it is perfect for managing multiple projects and have comprehensive control of the tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-use interface will make my task even more accessible from multiple devices. major advantage would be the systems integration. Asana Mobile Apps are also important for receiving real-time alerts and monitor activities. On working groups on particular applications, the plan and timeline have unique viewpoints. Enable our staff to remain current and at the job if date or range is unclear. This also monitors the daily and weekly activities allocated to me. overall Asana is primarily focus on to monitor all tasks. You could use it conveniently among the members. Asana is best served by assigning duties to the members of staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part of Asana would be that it continues to deliver notifications from emails every once in a while. Asana may be too complicated for a simple organization which with its too many apps and choices, does not need each one of these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization and my staff can resolve most issues by using asana. We have been using this service to fulfill our Goals and manage the projects & daily task. they have all the integrations and modules to start using their platform. Moreover we can tell ideas in a centralized location that can be great if you have large members staff in your organization. This service lets all our employees interact, becasue as my company has now moved to virtual.

I suggest Asana to focus on the tasks that could be allocated to the project Project Timeline, to be consistently carried out along with specified periods before the complete operational progress and the mentioned objectives are reached.

What I like least about Asana is:
- The mobile version is heavy. It doesn't work well on my cell phone. I think it is somewhat demanding in its basic requirements.

Asana has helped me see the progress and achievements of the goals in my projects. This software has allowed me to chronologically establish the priority and importance of each of the purposes set within my projects and thus give an adequate response based on the delivery dates.

I recommend it 100%. Asana is handy software, with benefits already highlighted above. This could guarantee people an excellent harmony with the members of your projects to achieve the objectives and the proper delivery of the same.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is consistent with all agile projects. It has an intuitive user interface. The same user interface can be used to build tasks and subtasks. Sprint and Sprint Review also support the task selection function. Simple addition of a new stage allows for quick customization of the steps. You can easily include a quote from another person in a notification or job summary. Drag and drop tasks into other activities with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
So that i'm aware, there is no way to disable the command feature and have anything assigned automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Individuals can easily monitor and document their project activities and tasks using this program. This way, individuals will accomplish their initial business goals and priorities. Teams will work more successfully together.

If you're looking for a robust project management tool that won't obstruct your progress, I suggest Asana.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing automation, integration, and templates. Easy onboarding and easy to sell the value internally. I not only organize the entire product development team but use it to organize my daily life outside of work. The interface is gorgeous, intuitive, and I see unicorns. What's not to like?! Asana is a company that has fun building an incredible product, and it shows in every corner.

Product management and organization at both high level and weekly tactical levels. It's organized the work of multiple streams of the product dev cycle.

Seamless, unified task management. An easy way to track progress, manage tasks, and collaborate in this WFH culture

Requires a lot of training and team agreement on how best to use the product. One person using it differently can throw off the whole team.

Team task management. Better visibility into all projects.

Asana works best when the whole team has the same expectations and guidelines for use. Make sure to get your team aligned in the rollout or you'll have miscommunications from team members using Asana in their own way.

It is a very complete software, I like it because it is really versatile and a great tool, the interface is very friendly, it is easy to know what I should do, it is perfect for managing tasks, it is very easy to create and edit tasks, I can also add subtasks, it is excellent the tools it provides for monitoring, assigning it to someone, the delivery deadline, notifications and calendars, it is a very good software to help in the organization of a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has no weak points, in my opinion there are no negative aspects of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really an intuitive software, I like that you can use it freely as well as the software brings the option of templates for a guided management, that is a great help, you can create rules, I like the complete information that can be added to each task and project, it has important integrations that greatly improve the platform, it has chat and messaging, it is perfect for total monitoring of tasks and it is very nice to see that each issue is reflected in real time.
