A great tool for visual task management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows us to visualize all the tasks we have aligned for the team and what is the progress for each and also for each of the subtasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana does have a restriction when managing a task with multiple developers as it doesn't properly monitor the progress
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management is not only for the development team but also for the management and asana helps to capture relevant details for both
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is the tool that's gets the things done and also provides a great visualization of the progress of a task
Asana is simple and effective in project organization
What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to produce tasks and then assign them. With Followers' CC, you can also quickly send tasks to your to-do list. It is much better than e-mail, as it is a common do-to-do / checklist with additional features!
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the mobile app has been improved recently, it still lacks many important features (switching between "now," "later," and "later").
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana will keep our team informed. Our motto: If a job is not in Asana, it does not happen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
However, I am not sure how complex or expensive the implementation is. Still, if there is a clear opportunity to use this for project management from now on, I will seize this opportunity.
Asana makes project planning and proper scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has developed cross-generational communication. Fill in roles, but part of the tasks. Asana generally supports me in assigning tasks to certain people and improving success in the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The screen could be visually much more appealing. It makes the job easier, and it's how it is simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps control customer tasks to ensure that they are performed correctly. It allows the person to use a specific system that helps them get the job done on time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana came in handy as we used it on our laptops and phones for team revisions throughout the carnival.
Ideal for team updates
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly screen can greatly facilitate my work for several hours. Huge synergies, integration with other programs. Asana mobile application is also invaluable to receive notifications and control events in real-time. The portfolio and calendar produce special views for working committees for specific use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boards in Asana are generally a little cluttered with information that doesn't look like a great way to hide all the unnecessary information. Strictly speaking, it is determined by adding or creating the chart, although it would be excellent to have the ability to hide some information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distribution and organization of tasks; project management. The advantage of asana is that it provides excellent performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Projects involving multiple teams require a task program that checks each task and assigns it to the largest individuals. If you do not have the ability, components of the task may be lost in the shuffle.
Impressive Project Management Software Suite
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to join certain groups and show them. I use the tool to manage my week and day and agree on meeting schedules plus project ideas. It is super easy to find and understand. It is perfect for a group that needs more tactics. It allows you to establish time-dependent tasks and sub-tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem with asana is that it often does not work effectively. Sometimes more than one person did jobs, but jobs in Asana only allowed one person to do them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it every morning for press evaluations, so everyone understands what the others are doing. It can also help organize our weekly Monday meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana solves a single problem and will solve it well. If you see people or organizations not working or even realize your project team needs space to assemble after projects, this particular element is perfect for you! Your mobile application requires a lot more work, but in general, the product is excellent!
Creates Accountability and Transparency
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Asana allows me to edit projects assigned to me by my Manager, as there are times when priorities change throughout the day. It allows me to update my Manager about shifting priorities without having to reach out anytime a change happens with projects. I also like Asana because it gives me the ability to plan out my day and ensure that no project goes unnoticed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The look of Asana can be overwhelming and slightly difficult to understand in the beginning but as time goes on, it gets easier. Based on my experience Asana tries to eliminate the confusion by having a crash course for navigation and actions when signing in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping to create project accountability and transparency within our team. It is a great tool to ensure that I am completing projects assigned by my Manager.
Asana is a valuable tool for any organization.
What do you like best about the product?
Where to begin? The functionality is incredible, with a very user-friendly navigation, and a really simple way of sorting through tasks and lists and different documents / resources. I love the way collaboration is made easy across teams and team members, and I also love how we can comment on each other's tasks. It's wonderful to be able to assign tasks to others, and to attach any necessary documents, links, notes, or outlines. Staying organized is a big priority to me, so I of course love having everything in one place and easy to navigate whenever I need to. The notifications are also great and easy to customize as they come to my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like some of the confusing layouts of the task lists. I also don't like that it's information overload when you can see all the other things going on in an organization / group -- I wish that there was a simple way to just pare it down to the things most relevant to me that I'm seeing. I would also like a "nudge" feature to remind other people of tasks and deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has a great time staying on the same task and focusing on the same things. We even collaborate on some of the same lists, and continue to add to it in encouraging ways! I love the way the gaps in communication have been solved with Asana.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend doing a training for your employees, and utilizing the resources Asana gives as tutorials.
One of the best project/task management tool for startup
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface. Even provide insights on tasks and projects when completing it. Good for collaboration within huge team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its price is costly for startup where there's less capital to invest in a project/process management tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped our organisation develop the project management system dramatically. Many of our projects have multiple complicated phases, but teamwork makes mapping and management simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do jump into the free version straight away.
Great for managing projects of any company
What do you like best about the product?
I like your organization and that it has different views to organize your tasks, projects, or even personal tasks. Its mobile application is very intuitive, allowing you to easily replace Google Tasks, and it also has beautiful widgets on the Android system. You can choose the view mode by pipeline, canvas, or calendar. I love the calendar view because you can see what tasks you have that day and on any day of the week. Additionally, the native extension in Google allows you to create tasks from anywhere on the computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when you add a subtask to a person, it also appears to them as a task in pending tasks to resolve. This causes conflicts, as you imagine you have many assignments when in reality it's just one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage the management process of a massage company that did not have control with their team before Asana.
Intuitive nature of Asana helps my team.
What do you like best about the product?
The smooth and intuitive nature of Asana helps your whole business to start to use it on day 1. It's simple to figure out how you can drive around Asana and work on the app. It's an effective and powerful interface. Being able to operate boards or lists, and trade between these formats, is helpful and only one of the many customization opportunities for every user. In project management, the analysis of information, discussions and recording of knowledge in one place is crucial and Asana will gladly allow you to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features require more ticks than I want, but I understand it is an operation, for example, to prevent accidental deletions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier for Asana to keep our entire company focused on various simultaneous projects that last over months and years. Courses for a project and the associated information in one location are invaluable to our time and health.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just start it! Their levels allow the system to expand with you - we have recently moved from Premium to Business in only one year, we did it progressively, and we made it through time, and then we take advantage of the thirty-day trials for the upgraded levels.
