What do you like best about the product?
With the hustle and bustle of everyday life, keeping everything organized is a bit complicated. This software is very useful for structuring the tasks and projects that we want to execute, and it also gives us the possibility of managing teams remotely. On the other hand, what distinguishes this platform is that it allows the integration of other tools that further improve its performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a complete tool that provides ideal support for those who wish to take control of projects and work remotely as a team. What is perhaps a little complex is the handling of so many options when planning, for this it is necessary to pass the cursor on each of the items that arise in the interface until you discover what function they serve. But in general its performance is very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has become our best ally since keeping track of time and control is ideal within any organization. Keeping order to achieve objectives saves a lot of time and avoids problems and last minute improvisations. In addition to this, it promotes proactivity both in teams and individually, since it can include creative summaries that serve as a preamble to each task, which avoids stagnation or frustration on the part of those who develop the subject.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is a very intuitive and very flexible software, it is the right one and a great tool to manage tasks and projects within the company.
It has an excellent plus point and it is that it has constant updates, it also has integrations with other platforms that make this tool even more perfect.
The software is extremely intuitive and the interface is as simple as it is elegant, which makes it very easy to understand and operate the software.

I don't think we ever had any problems, the software is really lovely and the constant updates leave very little room for errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has many functions and very good, this application is really complete, it gives you a help and perfect complement not only for monitoring a project, notifications of it, schedules and schedules, but also tools to accelerate the fulfillment of the goal, programs for improve aspects of the project itself.

There are many different visual layouts to choose from for tasks (by date, linear, etc). You can add followers to tasks so they can be aware of what's going on with tasks, even if they are not responsible for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could assign tasks to more than one person - as it is you can assign it to one person, and add other people as "followers". I also wish all attachments/files were put together in one section that could be easily accessed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everyone on the same page for a project, and being able to keep things moving even when people are out of the office - this is wonderful! Rather than waiting to realize that someone is out of the office or too busy, another person (who is assigned to the task as a follower) can jump in and comment or take the task.

What do you like best about the product?
Every iteration contains observations, person assignment, dates, annexes, as well as areas of description. The structure is amazing in workspace, task, activities. It's quick and easy to assign things, favourite things and tag things. Way for non project manager kinds better compared to Trello. I am not a director of a task. I have had over fifty recurring lots of time on Asana - Trello has that amount of nightmare.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana doesn't enable a task to be relocated from undertaking to estimate. It should be reconstructed from zero. It might be much better the colour scheme. Which may appear little, but it gets a bit too much to handle after some in case you glance at these jobs, and they are exactly the same colour tabs. It may be simpler to sort. Tasks could be sorted in ways that are many, although not intuitively.

Optimal execution of tasks and projects. Notify others of job changes and delegate tasks as appropriate. Be sure that nothing at the same time is lost. Being not unpleasant if you do this.

Currently, we use Asana to maintain control and organization of our digital marketing departments, as it requires a clean coordination of the data used in these areas, including billing, economic processes, and all commercial points in general. Since we use Asana in the company it has been very useful, since it has an incredible organization system, it also has a management system that allows us to save a little more time. On the other hand, it is easy to create a calendar or kind of board where we can all observe and be synchronized all at the same time, this software creates a kind of list of the planned activities that correspond and also notifies us when the assignments are completed correctly. This system allows us to work from synchronization and organization which is an excellent structure for any business.

Actually, we can't see anything wrong with this software. However, we would like you to be able to implement improvements in your platform in order to enjoy its benefits. One area that we believe can be improved, would be to be a little more specific about the time that we users have taken to solve some activity, it would help us a lot as part of motivation.

Asana is totally simple to use and we like that, being all in synchrony and organized allows us a lot of incredible benefits in the company. Being able to deliver the desired results to the clients in the shortest time possible has put our reputation on top. Since this software plans our tasks perfectly, allows us to speed up and filter the corresponding information, in order to obtain better results. On the other hand, carrying out conversations and activities in one place is an excellent option for preparing reports and projects in the future.

Asana is a task management software which is eye-appealing and very easy to work with. I love the method of calendars, and I love it to be very easy to discuss with others, so they are able to see exactly where things are. There seemed to be just a little learning curve since I had not worked with a CMS before but it was very easy to figure out how to use Asana. All things considered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot actually think that Asana is going to work - it really works well and I've to do a CMS. The single note of mine is the fact that it could be good for me on the "My Tasks" web page, to have the ability to sort duties differently; when attempting to track all of the various things I have to do, "Today," "Starting," & "Later," do not usually match as labels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes it rather easy to organise software production across other teams and campaigns, which will help us to keep everything going effortlessly. It's always beneficial to know actual places and who past touched a thing in the pipeline.

I don't like the different license formats, the information is harder to find with keywords.
