Asana is a Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been a great tool in getting projects completed efficiently and in a timely manner! Instead of relying on email threads for project completion, projects can be submitted in Asana to allow messages between collaborations and back and forth assigning so you always know where the project stands.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike, although sometimes projects seem to "sit" if the person assigned is not diligent in completing the task. I'm wondering if there is a way to implement deadline alerts to collaborators to remind the collaborator assigned that the project is till waiting to be completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has solved a lot of problems for us. There are no more missed projects or steps if an email is overlooked, since our projects are logged in Asana. It has also cut down on emails, and allows projects to be viewed as a glance.

If you are looking for a solution to improve your workflow, go with Asana! It's easy to learn and implement and will save you a lot of time!

The ability to set up tasks, assign the task to a project, collaborate with co-workers on each task, set as repeating if necessary.

Once completed a task, it is a little time consuming to find it afterwards.

Finishing tasks on time, and being able to tag others for collaboration or clarification on each task.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is some a great application to have, particularly in case your staff is completely distant. I love Asana since you are able to manage various projects and tasks in different teams and departments. It monitor who's liable for each activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
One point I don't like concerning Asana is I find that it's not ideal for smaller teams or perhaps particular projects. Due to its way too many options and characteristics, it can be too overwhelming for an incredibly simple project that doesn't have every one of these features.

What do you like best about the product?
The task progress function we like very much, makes this tool an excellent way to work with high performance teams, it is possible to establish a detail of tasks or tasks that each team member has to perform, likewise, allows us to view the progress of them individually, we can also attach files, it is possible to include other people as guests, its appearance is attractive and very simple to use valuable to our team, together it gives us privacy in certain projects or simply share the details to all team members.

In the team we have been advancing from taking notes in conventional agendas, in the pc, other software that promised similar benefits, but definitely asana has done in our team the perfect symbiosis that has allowed us to advance, we have not had complaints or software errors, has worked perfectly.

It is allowing us to coordinate work teams in an efficient way, besides the fact that the team members feel motivated and somehow increases a healthy competition for the consecutive achievement of work objectives, we have seen progress in the goals set and I feel that we have improved the objective communication as a team because we can make comments focused on the project and allows us to share information at any time. No more excuses for task deadlines as it has a calendar function that clearly states the deadlines, which has increased a great circle of productivity.

It works perfectly, my colleagues and I are happy and satisfied with the product, I think our leaders are even happier with this product, we still have a lot of things to discover because they always expand options for improvement we recommend it widely

Task Calendar, Project Task, and Subtask are connected. Very rarely any other app does that Timeline view, which is a pan view of your project. Easy to switch between Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly view. SubTask can be assigned to different people. Ease in adding a task. Integration with major platforms like Microsoft Teams.

Rarely I see many drawbacks. Need More report generation, Qualitative.

Easy to use and setup, easy to invite team mates, easy to work with google, easy to create / complete tasks

SIgns me out of google sign in all the time, but not too many issues
