Makes task management easy
What do you like best about the product?
Using asana enables us to produce several individual projects. I like the point that we are able to assign various duties to the team members of ours and also ensure that the emails plus job they get are associated with the profile of theirs. This's one way to develop duty for our very own jobs. E-mail alerts are furthermore a great idea, and also it is all in this amazing tool that will keep everything going and going.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because we cannot talk directly with individuals, we do not have a talk. It is able to just be applied to handle tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this technique in the communication of mine with customers to immediately save ideas, tasks and suggestions after which, when I've even more time, to come back again and also work on them in much more information. It's also good to include areas with many different deadlines and priorities.

What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has been a success without displeasure, however I would love to have segmentations to classify projects and tasks, I think I could do the job even more orderly than it already is thanks to this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has been a solution not only to strengthen the control and management of our projects, but also the communication and collaboration between colleagues. The members of our project teams have been able to improve the quality of their work and remain involved in order to achieve the objectives set, we have optimized the response times to our clients, therefore the quality of our service and our productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The implementation of Asana has been a success without any doubt in our organization to manage our projects in the best way, we have improved the quality of our work and I have no doubt that it will give good results in any organization, as was our case.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana gives me an infinity of options to be able to envision my projects. By projects, by time, in calendar, in lists, in board, board. It is very customizable, so much so that you can change the color of the theme. One of the things that I liked the most at the beginning is the flexibility to activate or deactivate options in the sending of notifications. How tedious to receive notifications for each of the actions that your team members perform in the project. Well, in Asana you can manage all that.
It has quite a few integrations: Outlook, Dropbox, Slack, Instagantt, Asana for Salesforce
, Jira Server and your own gmail account and a few more google apps.
You can leave documents in the project for someone else to rescue and use.

What do you dislike about the product?
The software has a multitude of functionalities, it has been a very very general vision. Honestly the best way to work on my projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is very easy to use and allows you to create a team and add members. It has compelling features such as time tracking, task creation and management, invoicing, and proposals and contracts. It is literally everything you need in one place. Of course, in a tool where I can create projects, files, tags and comments to keep you organized.

The platform is very easy to use and allows you to create a team and add members. Then you can start building and managing your projects. There are several ways to organize your projects. Tags such as open, to-do, and closed are available, or you can create slightly more complex categories.

Overall, Asana makes my job a lot easier and I love the device since it can help me to manage business projects with the team of mine. I also can ensure it's an intuitive and nice very interface. Asana, particularly, could be utilized by anybody that has absolutely no experience and it is really useful when new workers arrive at the company of mine.

I do not need to grumble about asana, since it's accomplished and really simple to use software.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the views that you can customize the tool to be in so that every team member can use one that works best for them and how they think. List view and “checking off” when done for me is the best and most logical, where as others prefer the board view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Paying per user vs “for 1-5 users the price being X, 6-10 users it goes up to X”. The per user can be frustrating when you have some contractors who are very part time or occasional but still need access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with team members AND clients all in one place. This eliminates the need for excessive meetings, phone calls, and emails.
A great project management program
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to work with a team. It helps to track where we are at with different tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy, especially with time tracking. Sometimes it just won’t let you track time and you just have to wait a day or two for it to fix itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the problem of keeping track of progress on tasks. Knowing where we are at every step of the way is key.
Good workflow with fun and creative templates for tracking all the steps in your projects
What do you like best about the product?
It allows for collaboration and teamwork. You are able to track your own tasks to smallest details and also assign tasks to others in you team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There a limited options for basic templates. If you want to start from scratch (not using a pre-made template), there are only 3 or 4 options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m solving a lot of personal problems with remembering all the tasks that I constantly have to juggle. Creating projects in Asana and tracking them throughout the week has increased my productivity and confidence in my job. I always have a tab open with Asana on my browser and have made project management more of a priority. It is a simple tool with lots of capabilities. It did not take much time to learn how to use the site.
Effective and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an aesthetically pleasing and easy to use content management system. I like the calendar system, and I like that it's easy to share my tasks with other people so they can see where things are in the pipeline. There was a bit of a learning curve because I've never used a CMS before, but all things considered, it was pretty simple to learn how to use Asana. I have already recommended Asana to other friends who needed some kind of a CMS in their own jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any downsides to using Asana--it works well and does what I need a CMS to do. My only note is that it might be nice to be able to sort tasks in different ways on the "My Tasks" page; "Today," "Upcoming," and "Later" don't always fit as labels when I'm trying to keep track of all of the different things I have to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes organizing the production of content across campaigns and with other teams fairly easy, which has helped us keep things running smoothly. It's very helpful to always know exactly where something is in the pipeline and who touched it last. Our workflow has been streamlined and it gives us something to show our managers when they want to know what we've done and will do in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
The notifications are the best part that I like about asana. Tasks which can make our work life easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we upgrading the latest version there will be a hiccup for a while.

We use asana for team discussions, creating and assigning tasks, get team notifications and maintaining separate groups in teams.
