Very useful for a wide range of people
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a wide range of functions, even in the free version. Also you can use connect it with a wide range of other useful apps making it even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use an external app to track time but i think it would be great if they add this functionality as a native option inside the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my tasks and projects and sharing them with my co workers.
Asana - A tool to maintain organization at work.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a dynamic tool with which I can organize tasks, it allows me to create route maps with which we can have better efficiency when developing projects, it also has very good integrations that allow me to manipulate data from external platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its interface is very limited in terms of customization, and some integrations require help from Asana technical support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a tool that has allowed me to coordinate and plan tasks of all kinds, it allows me to prioritize important tasks, it also has an easy-to-use interface with which I can generate reports and see the progress of tasks.

Before implementing Asana in your company, it is advisable to verify if it meets the characteristics that your tasks and projects need.

I like it because it's a collaborating tool between teams. Its orchestrate our daily activities and projects to become easy to be completed.
The intuitive Interface that is very easy to use and user friendly is also highly customizable to fit customers taste.
I like that this platform has a very intuitive price tag that makes it much affordable and powerful in the sales campaign.

It's much powerful tool with incredible abilities to perform its duties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Build trust among coworkers.Preparation of project report.Managing projects and giving out the collect report. I can also trick on which project I have been tagged and how my colleagues are doing in their projects.

Easy very simple and according to the needs of mine
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a really helpful tool which enables me to build up job management and cooperation with various departments. By doing this I could delegate duties to the team of mine and upgrade them with the info as well as documents I need. The software is really simple to use and I may use it on the desktop of mine and cell phone. You are able to also produce repeatable versions, which is essential for tasks that have to be continually repeated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be good in case we both needed to carry out the same for changes, which could be a bit much better. On the various other hand, it will be good in case the chores and projects can be synchronized together with the calendar on the device of mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is really beneficial internally since it enables me to easily and quickly organize tasks and share them with the team members of mine. To be truthful, it will make our job easier.

This device enables us to share information between teams, therefore we are able to deal with our projects and teams well.
Easy to use and feature loaded for small business
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is loaded with features for small business, even at the free level. Except for Gantt view, the views available that I use most often are calendar (marketing purposes), list (checklist, inventory, etc), and KanBan (Sales pipeline). I use it to manage a hiring process, social media content planning, sales pipeline with reminders and subtasks and notes to allow me to follow up and share tasks with other team members. Additionally I like its ease of use, very intuitive, I can add and remove temporary users, VA's give them access to only certain projects and block access to other projects. I have personal spaces set up that I don't want coworkers/VAs to access r view, and finance projects that I don't want marketing people to see and vice-versa. You have complete control. Another plus is the mobile app.Taks with deadline reminders (date and time) popup as a notification on your phone and if you take a sales call on your phone you can put notes right away and on your hone without having to log onto your computer. The mobile app is probably used more than the computer/website because its full featured and easy to use. When I ave downtime I just whip out the app and call my next lead easily with the name and contact info safely stored in the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Gannt view (free version) but other than that it has a lot more going for it (which is why I keep using it after 2 years). I hav zapier connected to FB inquiries that adds names and tasks to my sales pipeline its very versatile!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a way to track my leads and current clients, this is my primary reason for use and it does it great. I can add notes and tasks, and subtasks and stay organized with leads and client preferences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a free tier so just sign up and try it! Download the mobleapp, add some projects, atsks and subtaks, create deadlines (Date and time) and check out the different views available. One note, once you select a view for a certain project, you can't change if afterwards like you can with Clickup- which is my #1 project manageent tasks. I use tha more than Asana a(but I use both for different reasons) you can check out my review of Clickup on G2 as well.
Agile and highly customizable tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool has an excellent design: it is organized in workspaces, allowing you to separate different types of projects. Also, creating tasks is very easy. On the other hand, I like to highlight communication, one of its strong points. Although asana is web-based, it is accessible from any mobile device and has an application.

1- The search function needs some more development

It is an excellent software to recommend: With an agile and highly customizable approach, it is oriented to be an incident manager. It allows you to define and follow predefined workflows, making it very useful for the management and quality of tasks. It is very visual and intuitive; integrates mail, spreadsheets to view tasks, project management, files, online document management, etc. It is also adapted for mobile and one of its main purposes is to order the work process and allow companies to prioritize the most important activities.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the options for managing and communicating with collaborators without relying on email. It’s a great way to keep projects on tasks and centralize all important tasks and project info.

There are not many cons, I wished that there was a way to turn off notifications for certain project boards

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the effectiveness of asana because it simplifies my hard work visually, since it reduces the development stages of each project, allowing higher work performance and increased team productivity, thus maintaining the pre-projected objectives.

My most notable benefit:
Learning and taking advantage of experience: the same strategies that allow us to successfully complete certain projects, are often used to use them in new ones, and we save design time, increasing the certainty of the result. Everything we do remains in the memory, for any project tomorrow or years from now, and all that knowledge is a real value for the company in the future.

Asana allows you to create projects and manage them in different ways, you will be able to define and follow up established and manage the tasks that compose it. It is recommended for projects that do not require a long period of time for its preparation, it also allows making certain modifications. In conclusion, asana is necessary for any company
Excellent task-management application!
What do you like best about the product?
The organization feature of adding and naming columns to be represented as status update categories for tasks and being able to see who is assigned to what tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind as I have no issues with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to keep track of the assigned tasks that I have. Some benefits are being able to add notes to the Asana cards for future reference and notify others associated with the task of any updates needed or added.

What do you like best about the product?
I am fascinated by this project management tool since it stands out for its various functionalities in communication between users: chats, calls and video calls in its mobile version, although it also has a desktop version. In the management it uses Gantt charts that make the work very visual and combine tasks, files and comments. It has a very comfortable pricing plan.

Fortunately I like its functions, I have obtained good results

Asana Decreases procrastination: being "controlled" in a certain way by a tool such as asana, you feel a bit forced to perform those tasks that, otherwise, you may leave half because you get distracted. Asana is recommended for professional project management, it can maximize results and facilitate the generation of information for decision-making, ensuring the materialization of the expected results. Its cost may be expensive for some, for me its cost is just what it is worth.
