Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Follow up is actually the very best of its type since it stimulates cooperation within the team. You are able to also produce and delegate notifications and tasks, and people is able to link to work anywhere they're, since it's a great mobile and web user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It must have a much better framework to correct goof ups and make work a lot easier. The free edition is great, though it does not have some functions that may be much better utilized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is ideal for planning and managing tasks since it enables individuals to come together on plans and find out what tasks every one of them has undertaken as well as the way they're doing without needing to produce a to do list each time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana implementation solved several communication issues between teams regarding requirements, user history and needs.
It's good for list people, but not everyone loves millions of lists
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to quickly jot down lists, and I do like that it's somewhat fast to add a list to another place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It became a disorganized dumping ground very quickly, and searching just never seemed to work well. It's not hard to create the anti-pattern of many many backlogs in many places.
Maybe searching fails because not enough context comes back? But it just seemed like things were often "lost" in the dozens of lists that are mostly a flat hierarchy. A frequent problem was we just couldn't find something again, which is really really frustrating when there's no undo and you accidentally did a bulk edit (happened on too many occasions).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task tracking, sprint planning for the product and design team, future features. Again for people who really liked lists, they overall liked the tool.
Easy Online Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way my team can delegate tasks to one another and stay up to date on projects. It keeps us all on the same page for longer more drawn out projects and the due dates feature helps us stay on time with what is due. It's an incredible software that is essential for teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app vs web experience aren't great. Desktop is by far better - it also takes a large amount of training to integrate this system. Learning the ins and outs of how everything works is difficult and time consuming. Once you know it - everything moves super smoothly. But easy onboarding with asana isn't a norm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration on large projects with multiple moving parts. It helps us keep things steady.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

What do you like best about the product?
UX and UI used, easy to use and more natural way to explain to someone else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres no dark mode on mac book, could be very useful specially at night-times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing current team task, keeping track of milestones/goals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always check the number of basic users, not everyone at your organization requieres a user.
Very good tools for project management
What do you like best about the product?
You can add task lists, assign tasks to tasks and subtasks to tasks, each with a specific deadline, to control every step of the way to a large task.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a very easy to use solution I can't find any disadvantages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep a lot of e-mails and messages but sometimes they do not really help, particularly when we talk about different people and give them tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly commend Asana to everyone who works in the team. In any case, Asan will be very helpful to you.
Project Management Done Right for very busy people who want to scale
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations and multiple ways to see tasks. The integration with slack. The Gsuite integration is also very powerful. I barely login to Asana and still see the value in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Muting of Notifications. There could be an easier way to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asana is an exceptional quality productivity solution for project planning and task management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is the main tool we use in my company, I like it because it allows better communication between the different team members. Some of the main features that make Asana a one-of-a-kind tool are:
Clarity of information comes first, regardless of the number of tasks, projects, documents or information, Asana allows you to preserve a readable and intuitive space.
The tool is transparent and brings together strategies and operations for the success of the project.
Asana simplifies and relaxes the traditional organization of work. All participants can maintain one or more tasks and the project manager is in charge of controlling the feasibility and execution.
Asana offers different functionalities so that each collaborator can navigate in the tool and access the information according to their personal functioning and their professional needs.
Possible integrations (Google Drive, DropBox, Slack, Gmail, etc.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is a convenient tool for any company, as it shows how much progress has been made on a project or is still missing from completion and what pace of work is being carried out. It makes it easier to see if a task will be able to be completed on time or if it will be necessary to tighten the pace of work a bit.
In conclusion, this tool is a good way to work as a team, since each member can be assigned different tasks within a project and a record is kept of everything that happens, which helps to check the progress in the work.

What do you like best about the product?
This is my team’s go-to software application to help on help us organize and communicate with other employees. We don’t have to invest in multiple softwares and apps to get our work done, since everything we need to operate is in Asana. We can view our files and what we have accomplished as a team through Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to Asana, there are very few flaws and errors in the software. Often times, it can be challenging to have the team on one page and understand what is going on. Communication is key but for my team, it can be hard. Overall, Asana is a great software to use so there is not much to dislike about such a helpful application for businesses to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unlike before, my team is able to gain access to files and stay organized with all the given features we needed but didn’t have before. A big benefit is that all you need to stay organized and informed is all in one app, which is extremely helpful. We are able to function more efficiently and save so much more time by using Asana than all other softwares.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana's helping every person in the workplace know when their job comes. It can also help to find out when guests show up to the office and wish to include a reason behind the visit of theirs. I realized that if you use Asana, everybody understands what you're doing and what you have to finish the project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly suggested since it's the ideal option for all things in the business.
