The simplicity, yet the options for complexity

I like how easy it is to use, it's very intuitive so even if you have never worked with Asana you can get started right away

it can be time-consuming to create tasks and subtasks.

It helps me see what are my tasks and the due dates so I can organize my day and week.

You will really enjoy this software. It has plenty of functionality and the project management features are very very good. You really can't go wrong.

What do you like best about the product?
It's not hard to utilize as well as set up and has a great application. You are able to rapidly reorganize and set up activities and change the orientation of theirs, making it much easier for workers to establish every day and visual priorities. This allows them know what they must work on original. It also enables you to include subtasks/lists so you do not miss any step or perhaps detail when you're involved. You are able to also just drag and drop documents to share, which means you do not have to search for everything you need. This's free for modest teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to have CMS to manage connections and I'd love to use Asana for the projects of ours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've solved the issue of lost guidelines or perhaps lost things by showing them as guide info. This enables me to very easily manage project priorities on a regular basis and in instances that are most when I am not in the office, because of the request of yours. This's a great to do list that will help me and my business do things.

Try this. There's a free model for small teams and it's really simple to recognize and use. This software also makes control easier.

Asana is attentive and complies with what she really needs, however I have noticed that some project members have difficulty starting to use it, of course it is a matter of everyone having the initiative to get to know her seriously, but it would be good to keep users up to date with seminars, and learning post, to be updated. Another peculiarity that I would like, that its cost of membership was less high.

I love Asana it allows me to have a control over the work plans and the necessary tasks have helped me because:
1. It is easy, practical and simple to use in the mobile application. It works and responds very well.

I have spent time using this great application, through its implementation I have noticed achievements, and specific business and individual objectives. I can personally say that I have nothing to ask for it meets what I need to apply in a project.

This is hands down the best all around project and goal management system I've ever come across.
What do you like best about the product?
It's so clean, easy to configure, and responsive. Everything from personal task lists, to cross-functional enterprise initiatives can be monitored and tracked. The level of integration with leading SaaS vendors is world class.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Gmail and Outlook plugins need some SERIOUS love. Make no mistake, 99% of the horsepower comes from inside Asana. But the ability to port over email communications is probably the biggest hurdle to get new users to seriously buy into the tool as a critical system, eventually even killing off internal emails. They need to continue to A/B test the best ways to deploy and enhance this plugin across desktop and mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not even sure where to begin. The basic ones are easy: Personal task and project management. The intermediate ones are more reasonable: Delegating and monitoring tasks to interns and direct reports.
At an enterprise level, it's using the rules engine and workload assets to get leadership to buy into this tool as THE way forward for all milestone and progress tracking. This comes with retiring office files and emails as the preferred form of data transfer.
The long term pipe dream is to use the Asana framework to begin hardcoding automated content, process, and cross functional approval processes.

The enterprise project management space is close to reaching feature and and function parity. It sounds cliche, but at this stage, you should seriously lean into the companies with staying power, enterprise customers, and highly rated customer support. Asana leads in virtually every imaginable category.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes project management super easy. Create a project, break the project down into tasks and assign each task to a team member, set a due date and you're done. If needed you can break each task further down into sub-tasks. Now all deliverables are being tracked, project progress is easy to monitor and all team members know exactly what is expected from them. Setting due dates is key so you receive reminders in your mailbox.
From there you can go into more complex project management: set priorities, program and portfolio management, use custom tags to group tasks, link or chain tasks timelines, ...

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of honestly. Asana is a great fit for our office but I imagine if you need more detailed project management that can also track resources and time tracking (how much time was spent on a task) then Asana won't cut it.
It can be a bit daunting at first when understanding how many features are available in Asana but this can easily be solved by starting with using the basic functionality and as you get to understand the product start using more features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Asana we did not have any type of project management. Using excel sheets is cumbersome and one person is in charge of keeping the excel sheet up to date. With Asana all team members can contribute, create tasks, mark tasks as complete. One of the benefits I realized is it increased our team cohesiveness as more and more team collaboration took place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana is reliable for working on the web, and on mobile devices, for working on my work plans and directing project tasks, allows me to work and display system test projects on Kamban boards with work teams and the company, in these boards you can define the tasks and all the actions that it includes to fulfill them and distribute them to those in charge according to their priority level, it is useful for all the participants to be updated, it facilitates the display in strips of the pending tasks, you can add periods of surrender and details, and in the files the tasks this is great to explain, make annotations and illustrate, from anywhere, the vicissitudes of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana I consider her as the extreme, and the limit responds in the daily tasks of my work projects. All my work activities are systematized in this fascinating application, it has helped me to concretize and succeed in important actions without inappropriate criteria to comment on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is useful and practical for the organization and the tasks that I perform, allowing excellent results and performance in terms of: reaching and being aware of the changes or variations that may be occurring in a project, it is the definitive option to process matters to be done, in process and completed, it is a favorable option to be in correspondence and trust with team members when talking, share forecasts, news, and illustrations.

I recommend Asana to do monitoring, corrections and adjustments in the tasks of a project, it is efficient to decide and plan the tasks of a program in lists or panels.
