Asana was a pretty good program
What do you like best about the product?
I like the User Interface of Asana. it was very easily to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't necessarily like the flow of the items. It seems a little minimalistic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was trying to have a system to manage the projects of our team. When we first used it, it served it's purchase until we felt that we needed more connectivity with our other software programs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest that individuals interested in using Asana purchase a subscription as we were using the free version to evaluate. Upon using the free version, we realized that we wanted the ability to review and approve by using our other apps and found that this was not possible. If you do not wish to do this, Asana is a good tool to use.
Great application for tracking your project lifecyle and team management.
What do you like best about the product?
Creating tasks, getting a notification on the due date.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of. I'd say, direct integration with Google Calendar would be great.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend getting the mobile app to track tasks on the go.
Powerful management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is useful with simple designs. When creating tasks and sub-tasks, it is possible to assign responsibilities to different employees and clearly define desired deadlines. Calendar views are helpful for tracking work progress and its distribution throughout the day. Lastly, by sending files to Asana, you can give an overview of your job.
What do you dislike about the product?
There' s nothing I don't like, and maybe the side walls would be better. I might be a slightly more intuitive in projects and assigning team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective project management includes monitoring progress and deadlines. We used to use Wrike, but it wasn't so intuitive, and asana is great at it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an ideal solution for those who want to manage projects but do not wish to have a manual agenda to which they can access at any time. I recommend Asana for companies of all sizes.
Asana with the Expertise to manage multiple job schedules in parallel.
What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana behaves exceptionally when optimally working the business processes of a project on Kamban boards
It's great for posting projects online and inviting teammates to join.
Provides an action plan to follow with detailed sequence of steps, schedules and tasks to be performed.
It is great to work in their assignment areas, rows and to be able to integrate all the tasks of my projects there in an organized way to see the continuity and phases of the processes.
When a project is created it allows assigning tasks and their respective subtasks, in the same way who will be the person who will do it and the periods in which it expires.

A Project Management Tool We All Need
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Asana can help us delegate tasks among the members and track each other's work with ease. I primarily work in small projects, so I like to understand who is working on what task and see how everyone's work fits into the bigger picture. There are different views, such as lists and timelines, which help organize the responsibilities and traceability.
Besides team-based work, I have also leveraged Asana for personal projects and school assignments. In addition to my work, I am also a student. So, from a to-do task to the calendar view of my week and todos, Asana has simplified and organized my work.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Asana had lowered its prices for Premium so that many customers would benefit from its services. Many of the features I enjoy, such as timeline and unlimited free guests, unfortunately, are only available on Premium and onwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on a research project, and Asana helps us with project management and simplifies our work. There are different moving pieces to the project, and it's nice to organize them and have everything in a place. With Asana, I can instantly organize my responsibilities and see the project, as a whole, is moving.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In all honesty, I have not yet tried many other project management tools, but the fact that I started with Asana and that I have not had to look for alternatives does all the talking. Even its free version has a lot to offer, so if you are looking to get your work organized, I would recommend Asana.

What do you dislike about the product?
Took a little while to learn how to use Asana. Tons of features and I feel like I don't know half of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helped us track our client projects and ongoing tasks, as well as plan and track issues and pipelines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We went through a number of project management tools before we landed on Asana. Each has their pros and cons and it's really up to you to determine your workflows and processes to determine which is best. Try the free version and see how it works.
Asana review
What do you like best about the product?
That holds me and my team on the track. In days when I'm not on my team, I can check what tasks I've done to make sure they're on the right track. If priorities change, I can allocate or update tasks as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Map views/plans is not very customizable and may require certain extra options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to follow the line. Asana makes it easy to track food and get the names and contact details of people in the workplace quickly. Since Asana is fast and simple, it is a perfect tool to allocate projects to my employees without having to call them all the time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I advise that one or more people should be assigned to actually get to know asana through blogs, university courses, self-discovery of free websites, etc. It is useful to establish procedures for using asana now - you can fix them at any time, but you can start with something and change them if necessary, instead of starting with chaos. A Good Cloud Based Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Asana for five years now as our project management tool in our division's marketing communications department at a major university. We like the fact that Asana is cloud based and can be accessed from any Internet browser at anytime, day or night. It has allowed us to better manage all of the details associated with the management of marketing projects -- from request through to completion. We also like the fact that we can store and manage associated project files (such as InDesign, PDF, images, and video) both inside of Asana and through connections to our cloud storage services. As a university we appreciated that many features were available at the free price point, which allowed us to get started and build a business case for a paid license.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana offers several direct connections to other apps and tools, like OneDrive, and you can connect a few more using services like IFTTT but that requires either technical help and someone with the time and patience to set them up. For project intake, for example, we use a Qualtrics survey that sends a triggered email to a generic Asana project eamil address. We then have our PM monitor that "intake" project in Asana to move requests into their own projects, which is time consuming and means data has to be rekeyed to start new projects as new requests are received. It is also frustrating that some services, like reporting, require some of the most expensive plans to access. Reporting is really a basic function of project management!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to manage marketing, communications, PR, and event projects across a team that is located in different buildings across a large university campus. We also wanted a way, through guest-like access, for employees to be able to see the progress on their projects as they moved from initiation to completion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have your project management process mapped out before your begin the vendor review process. We had a "rough idea" of what we wanted in a PM tool, but as we got into implementation, we realized that Asana wouldn't be able to do some things we had just assumed (like auto-process intake request forms). Now that we have a better handle on what our needs are, it will be easier to do vendor selections in the future if we were to switch from Asana.
Asana for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Its layout, ease of use and has a great APP. You can reorganize and re-prioritize tasks on-the-fly which makes assigning daily priorities easy and visual for employees. Lets them know what to work on first. Also has a great way to add sub-tasks/list so you don't miss a step or detail in competing a project. You can easily drag-and-drop file to share also so you don't have to fish around for needed assets. It's free for small teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like it to have a CMS for contact management, other than that I love using Asana for our project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve the problem of loosing directions or tasks by keeping them organized and archived for reference. It allows me to manage the priorities of projects on a daily basis very easy, from their App in many cases when I'm out of the office. It's a super powered to-do list that help my and my company get things done. When you do get things done you get a little animated surprise too, neat!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it. It has a free version for small teams and is super easy to understand and use. The app also make management a breeze.
