What do you like best about the product?
I love the smoothness of the device produced in Asana, where specific people are able to determine things in private, request assistance from various other projects/groups, as well as add to the basic tasks of the business. That product has helped me develop an ideally suited spot to keep the memories of mine and also keep tracking of my private projects. What do you like best about the product?
With Asana, I discovered a means to apply all my jobs and suggestions, set goals and set up the workday. What do you like best about the product?

You do need to be consistent about updating your tasks and deadlines or else it becomes a lot of junk but that's like any project management tool. If you aren't using it, then it's not valuable.

Staying focused on priorities and not letting things slip through the cracks. I'm much more productive and know exactly where I need to spend my time every day which is crucial.

Its easy to create, manage and move tasks between the lists. Its also designed very well especially the timeline

Sometimes I don't get the emails that notify me about changes in the board.

Project management is one of the key function for company to grow up. Asana is the best project management tool that I have ever seen. Normally it is free software, but If you want advanced features you can purchase payable packages, such as Premium, Business and Enterprise. Asana is very simple and no need any prior-knowledge. Its' user interface is very friendly with strong left-side menu. If anyone has the uncomfortable feeling about this project management tool, they included training section called "Asana Basics Training". Main functions of Asana are build or join a project, create tasks, allocate a task, add a follower to the task and deliver the task.
Most valuable feature of Asana is workflow man management. By using it, we can create and tracking processes, configuration with calendar. This tool has well organized task flow from start to end, as a result of that we can make sure our project is on the right - way. Reporting and data representative method of Asana is very attractive. Calendar, timeline and Kanban boards are visualizing our project by providing well graphical interfaces. As a result of these things Asana became our best project management tool.

As a free version they allow to 15 teammates only. And also sub task management is poor, But overall Asana is a good tool for project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a multi-location company, our main problem is auditing sub locations' work. After the installation of Asana system, now we can monitor it from our main location. And also our project finished on-date. Now We can get individual performance of each employee by using Asana.

Amazing tool for project management and keeping organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the layout and style of Asana. It makes me feel like I have everything in one place and easily accessible. I also love that when you complete a task, sometimes a narwhal or unicorn flies past - makes it a rewarding process to finish your tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't delete multiple tasks at once. It clogs up the task boards and is very tedious to delete one by one and takes up more time when you could be using that time to be productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps with holding people accountable for their work. I realized it's a much more organized way to assign work to people, as well as include more information about the task on the descriptions and set due dates. It's very helpful to see all tasks all laid out in front of me and on the calendar. It's also nice to keep track of my own progress and deadlines and I like it much better than using a traditional planner.

Great Project Management Tool to use across teams
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease and intuitiveness of Asana. I also love that it can be integrated in other tools I use such as Slack and Google Suite. Through Asana I am able to ensure that I and my team stay on task through this integration. Asana allows us to stay on task and understand the components of our project and how each of our tasks fits into the overall goal. I like that I am able to see the progression of each task in addition to the overall goal to ensure we stay on schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through Asana my team is solving how to fit our theoretical ideas into tasks and tangible action items and ensuring we are staying on schedule. Through Asana's features we are also able to anticipate any issues and problem solve around the issues to stay on task. We can communicate, take team notes and anticipate changes through Asana and that ensures that our work of solving for inflow into homelessness is achievable.
