Powerful task management platform
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great application for collaborated team works, which helps you in managing your dash boards and calendar according your needs. Once you have added a certain task calendar will helps you remind again and again you do not have to worry about memorizing the load. Asana will mark all those projects which get completes with time. It makes you feel as you are a winner and this is something special for keeping the morale high.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I have been using its services I do not have to face any difficulty with its features or functions. I like the way it is going. Asana has given us wide platform form collaboration and we are taking great benefits from its functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can upload your files through Google drive and maintain your record. This has prevented the time you spend on finding the documents from various apps. With Asana you will be easily notify about your daily task, if once you had assign the date and task to your team. In this way every one will knew about their progress, your actions and in actions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is a very user friendly app you can install it on your mobile and can use it from entire world. I will recommend you to try it once and you won’t get disappointed. It is very low in pricing and along with free trail you have a premium version for practice, so I will highly suggest you to use.
A software created to manage projects, and capable of coordinating large projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to visually see where we will be in the process of planning a project. This software has a clean interface with shortcut functions, and it includes some customization features through templates. Asana helps me manage projects and stay up to date with project management and coordination. This software is easy to use, its system is very comprehensive, allowing you to execute projects in the fastest way. This project management has become a very important task for companies. Asana offers me a variety of templates, which design and optimize each project being developed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite its importance, Asana's handling on mobile phones is somewhat slow and does not have the necessary management for creating or slightly editing projects. This application should have more opportunities like the web version does. Asana does not work well with company payments and does not offer automatic payments, only manual ones, which has affected it a bit. Asana does not have simple screen functions, which means that users of this application cannot chat and post things so that we can make quick announcements. The subtask screens are not very good, and I cannot see the dates or times of my previous tasks, and sometimes my completed tasks are not on the exact date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me manage project tasks more effectively, it helps my team be more effective. This application helps me visually verify tasks and feasible excesses.

Some of the project management applications are easy to use and allow you to personally manage my own work.

What do you like best about the product?
We were always having trouble tracking who does what by when, but this tool solves that. And, it allows you to see everyone's workload and make sure project and tasks are distributed across everyone equally. The interface is easy to use and keeps a running to-do list for the team to collaborate on, as well as being able to break down by projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be a bit more visually pleasing. That would make it easier to work with, it seems to be all text.

What do you like best about the product?
I use this tool for helping SDRs keep track of what tasks they need to get done, and what they should be doing for the week. It is easy to get notifications and see when, and by who, things are completed, so that you can check on them and verify completion. It overall helps our team stay connected, not forget about things, and keep unnecessary tasks, projects out of email organization. Drag and drop is easy.

The interface is not very visual. There is a lot of text.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a powerful solution to keeping tasks and projects in one easily accessible platform. Asana is a great alternative to keeping the information, documents and items for a particular project straight when long chains of emails and threads of messages become messy and difficult to dig through. Asana is an ally to make sure a job gets done properly and so that everyone can see the same information and be on the same page in one comprehesnive and easy to navigate spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real criticism that I have for Asana is that the software will frequently log users off after a certain period of inactivity, a period of time, in my opinion that is perhaps too short. I'll often have Asana open and switch around to another task or program and return to it to see that I've been logged off and that my changes in a particular project have not been saved. This being said, I have learned to work around this relatively insignificant issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem that Asana is helping me and my teams solve is providing a solution to the age old headache of requiring people to dig through emails, and look through old chains for information. Asana helps make sure that everyone included in a project is , for lack of a better term, "cc-d" on it so that no one is left without information or without the tools to success.

Juggling many accounts, I leverage Asana to help set reminders and project management templates for myself. The notification feature is my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not familiar with all of the features that I can use yet.

Asana has become a versatile project management tool. It comes with great features for managing and tracking our all projects efficiently. It is an amazing tool that gives us great grip to manage all projects at once. I love its understandable layout that let us accomplish our tasks within short time. It is the easiest way of running and designing projects and managing marketing campaigns.

Asana is one of the most reliable applications for managing tasks and projects. My entire team appreciates its functionalities and great features. Moreover, I have nothing to dislike about its all features are working amazingly and giving desired services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many advantages of using this tool. For my organization it has become valuable platform. I found to it be easy to set up projects, not only tasks but also sub tasks. Additionally it has made adding notes to projects fun like activity. It is enjoyable now instead of being hectic.

It is very easy to learn the usage of Asana. It is most effective tool that makes easy to manage tasks. We can assign tasks to other team members easily. I recommend this application to those teams which want to develop their project management skills efficiently.

Asana is able to get a project up-and-running quickly by adding new projects along with their sponsors and co-tasks. It enables easy tracking and creating huge projects chart tasks for communication and invoices with our industry-leading project management. All professionals users tend to use the Asana software to collaborate on projects down to the tasks level because it has the capability to handle several projects at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana should focused on the project management and in tasks work scheduling because it has not being able to export projects expenses information. That’s why projects and tasks accounting visibility decreases. Moreover, I cannot easily interact with projects and accounts that’s makes my work load very heavy, so Asana should enhance its manageability and accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage all projects processes easily because Asana have capability that its projects subtasks can show automatically in the projects task board. I am also being able to create templates for projects tasks and invoices because Asana provide multiple ways to set up invoices for incremental payments.
