Asana is one of the best productivity tools I've ever used!

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the best productivity tools I've ever used! I love the little animations they send on the screen when you complete a task. It's a little feel good that goes a long way after a big project or a busy busy day. The user interface is excellent and the application is also very well integrated with Microsoft Outlook, which is what our company uses for e-mail. This allows me to create tasks from my e-mail windows when I might not physically have Asana open and it is just simply glorious.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is a single thing I dislike about Asana at this time. No complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team uses Asana to stay on top of tasks and also to make sure that the things we need to get done get done before their due date. Another useful feature we have begun using is automated reminders for tasks. We have specific tasks that recur on a monthly or weekly basis and Asana allows us to continue using a task after it's been "completed". Also, as stated before, we love the little animations they send on the screen when you complete a task. It's a little feel good that goes a long way after a big project or a busy busy day. The user interface is excellent and the application is also very well integrated with Microsoft Outlook, which is what our company uses for e-mail. Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give it a try! their free trial is worth every penny. ;)

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is equipped with variant functionality and meets all kinds of organizational and communication needs. It allows users to keep ongoing conversations and document links within the specific project. Great to organize projects you are working on either by yourself or with a team that you can assign tasks to complete and build a timeline. My team that manages multiple different departments uses this software to manage individual marketing projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit of a learning curve but can easily watch tutorials provided by Asana and quickly then utilize the software and all its capabilities. It takes a little bit to set up templates, but once you do, you can then use them for all your projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has made my project totally organized. It has helped me to keep track of every ongoing project. It's easy to use and set up, adding a workspace into the project and planning has been so efficient with Asana. It also provides nice graphs, statistics, and reports, which in terms of keeping an eye on progress is quite easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Our company has really enjoyed using Asana in our day to day operations because it helps us keep all our tasks in one place as well as allows the various departments to coordinate on a task with each other when necessary.

Asana - for successful projects or activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Some of the main advantages of this program is that it enables individual group leaders to be allocated their assignments and it also provides the opportunity to envision and track their development success. The thing which I appreciate about that kind of application is that it enables you to concurrently build multiple work spaces and enables you to share data and details in realtime with the other participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Several of the downsides of this program is the reality that in order to operate the program, it is important to have a network connectivity. The customer support should also develop this method, as its response is sluggish and imprecise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a wonderful support to us because it makes it possible to share information and material on a real basis and also helps us to handle all our ventures and operations efficiently. Asana is an outstanding collaborator for us. Our networking resources enable us to remain linked and connected all over the world as we have exposure to knowledge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I encourage you to maintain a stable network link when you use this device, thus ensuring that it works properly and that the knowledge is not lost. In fact, I recommend you start using trial version to get to know the functionality and resources.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Portfolios. As a Project Manager with lots of projects in flight simultaneously it's nice to add these projects to the portfolio and have a view of everything at once. I really enjoy the ability to add custom filters. It has improved my workflow tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I truly dislike about Asana. I've certainly used much worse! It would be nice if there were better training videos. Or if Asana reached out to content creators to provide overviews on Youtube.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a shot! Asana has all the tools you need to manage a project. It's a very robust platform that takes a little time to learn but works wonders.

What do you like best about the product?
The design of assignments, the development and assigning of tasks (and subtasks) is simple so that you can keep all your projects coordinated. You may also copy assignments and activities in order to prevent rework. This is quick to add notes and report on the research under way so that you can keep track of how the work is going. That's difficult to keep track about what's due and then when with a schedule view and push notifications. The support from Asana is my preferred component as you remove items of your chart. It's simplistic but it does leave you feeling like a manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
You will easily lose out in all usable layers if you do not have a clear process to create assignments and activities. In many other words, over-engineering can be simple if you're not attentive to the details of your initiatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any learning process is practically available. We use Asana to synchronize all relevant marketing initiatives, but I know that certain businesses use Asana for coordination of their product diagram and internal communications. You might use Asana for almost everything, that the uniqueness of Asana seems to be.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Until you incorporate Asana, describe your internal systems and organisational rules. It is an issue for individuals. Next, approach it. You're going to be great.

Asana has helped me to be more organized

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a good tool for task management and project workflow. Easy to use and keep track of all histroical work accomplished and IC projects. I loved how it made teamwork easier when we weren't being able to meet and solve it in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have one suggestion for this app and that would be that they should include chats in the team's work panel. I remember they didn't have it before and I think they still don't have it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is an easy to use tool to organize your projects whether you're working alone or with a team. I've also used it to share schedules and check-offs with customers. Makes everything so simple and tasks are done faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My overall experience with Asana was great because a lot of important things were done online and we didn't have a need to meet every day. I remember being in a non-governmental organization and we handled all of the teamwork through this app.
