Ideal tool for task management
What do you like best about the product?
PROS: We had a positive experience when we were using Asana to implement a web application project for a financial services firm. The app is simple and offers projects and tasks mainly. It is very simple to enter a task and share it with your team members. Plus, you can reference other tasks located in the app. I recommend Asana as it is a good tool for project management. You can also consider Pivotal Tracker, Trello, and Basecamp. If you wish to go with Asana, take some time out in the beginning to logically divide projects and tasks. This will help to shorten your lists in the long run and make them easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?

A few years ago I did find it to load slowly but they have fixed it and increased the speed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With Asana, I'm able to easily track projects my team is working and on and where they are with completion. We live off of board view as that gives us a visual idea on what needs to be handled next and by whom. Clicking a box on the board and seeing what tasks have been completed gives me simple access to see who's accountable for things during a project and address any errors in the process. Asana has done an exceptional job also, with making things customizable so that it functions to our company standards and needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has helped our full team with our communication, work flow and keeping us all on the same page with project status. We do all communication through Asana and anyone can go to a project and see where a client's campaigns stand and what we need to do next. We can also pull reports to see our teams' workloads and move things around if needed. Labels and custom fields help us organize and report on everything easily, and we even run our meetings and 1:1s out of Asana. We have also connected to the API with our internal campaign management system so everything is connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not an easy way to have client facing boards, but we have been able to do some workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone has visibility into every project and where everything is whether you are working on the project or a manager trying to help prioritize your team's work. Everyone knows what they have to do when they get into the office and we can help them prioritize with due dates and labels. All comments are in each card or line, so if anyone has questions or forgets what is going on, they can read everything there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you do a trial and set up a few teams/projects to make sure the organization is exactly what you need for your team. Also, the reports/search function is a powerful piece of Asana - use them!

Asana is easy to use and you don't need to have training to use it since it is so intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to comment on someones direct comment.

Task management across different teams. Asana helps all departments stay on top of joint tasks.
Stay on top of projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like it's simplicity. We probably don't use it to its full capability but its quite easy to pick up in comparison to some other similar programs i've used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may have too many features that don't get used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of time tracking and keeping track of projects. It helps me know what i'm working on and how long i've been working on it.

App is good for small task management...file management looks awesome...price is good..value addition to small organization to manage team work..task management features are good. few features are good and added value to make a process smooth. workflow management is good. easily organised your work using asana...good management tool ...work tracking or task tracking is also good. if you are working in marketing and advertisement industry this is the app for you..deadline management is good. .i recommend it to the people who manage team in house or work remotely. ...A+ for those who want to save time while working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface needs improvement. few features are difficult to find.. few UI parameters are difficult to find. like, where to update the task, also left side menu panel needs improvement. user gets confused when try to find features from the navigation menu.

Team work, task management..task management is good...workflow management is also good.. .time saving...

Asana to keep projects organized
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Asana for many years now, Asana is a great tool for us to keep everything organized in our company. Unlike other tools our there, Asana forces us in a very visual way to work on the track which I believe awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
We like every bit of Asana, However we believe the free version should give more Fields rather than limiting it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use asana to ensure that we are working on the track to achieve our company goals as well as to track projects. Asana is doing a great job to keep us organized.

When it comes to project tracking, Asana is the easiest and cleanest way to keep on track.

What do you like best about the product?
Like the design, looks clean and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The payment structure is not very flexible. I wanted to use it for my personal stuff but there was no option to buy the premium features for 1 person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More flexible payment structure.
Good Tool For Work Management
What do you like best about the product?
A balanced work environment, you can create task assign it, see the comments for whats going on that project. Also you can schedule your task for this week or next month so on... Their lots more for project management and monitoring.

Since, I am using from few months and looks good so far to me.

Social media calendar - what post when and where have to share.
Monthly Meeting - task which includes what content have to present in meeting and when.
Website - whats going on website which person working on which module.
Campaign - Weekly update on paid campaigns.

Asana means Productivity and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a flexible and fast tool. it is also feature-rich. Its new timeline view makes it easier to manage dependencies. It is one of the best tools out there for project management. The Premium account includes everything in the free account and removes the limits on team sizes, dashboards, and search tools. Premium accounts come with a few additional perks, including Asana's Timeline feature, private teams and projects, custom fields, task dependencies, administrative controls, and priority support. Private projects are only accessible to invited members, while projects that are not private are accessible to everyone on the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is not ideal for graphics-intensive work. It can not switch between Task and Kanban project views after creation. The inbox feature can be a little overwhelming if you are work with Asana just from its project boards and only checking it periodically. It would be great if it auto-cleared once a project/task is marked complete. Email notifications can get excessive. You have complete control over them but initially, they can be annoying until you set the frequency you want them. It would be better if this was set during the sign-up process. Notes, discussions, and attachments in subtasks sometimes go unnoticed if working from the main project board.

Asana is a workflow management tool that you primarily use to manage tasks. It differs from traditional project management apps namely due to its lack of structure. Asana is like a deck of cards, whereas project management software is like a board game. Board games are designed to be played with a series of preset rules. It's unusual for players to stray too far from these set instructions, although everyone might agree to some modifications from time to time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana keeps you on track and helps you prioritize projects and to-dos. I like that you can see what you've previously worked on and accomplished. It's less appropriate for teams who are very active inside their email, like Outlook, and prefer to use the Tasks function already in their email software. Asana is rewarding to teams and helps projects be completed on time.
Excellent for Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
Adding tasks is quick from the app. It's easy to manage your projects from start to finish with everything being easy to enter and keep track of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a way to use the software to see more than 1 task that's due on the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The home view seems to be a cluttered mess of all your tasks instead of more organized. One benefit I've found is the more time management way to use the program. Like it will say Today, Later or Upcoming and I don't feel so overwhelmed thinking the next part is due when it isn't.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it for yourself especially if you have a problem organizing multiple projects with multiple tasks.
