Works for what you need as far as planning, but a few glitches makes it not so ease friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to navigate and it moves to the next task without trouble
What do you dislike about the product?
My only drawback is some of the times it would not save what I input, causing me to have to reenter the information. This could have been an issue specific to my case alone and therefore iscolated

Planning is alot more effective with Asana
I really like how you organize my projects.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very useful application to be able to win all the projects we have at work. It offers us very useful tools to be able to track the projects we are currently working on, and in this way, always be attentive to how they are being carried out. Additionally, it offers multiple other tools to be able to stay on top of future projects, so as not to waste time and have them completed by the correct date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing about this software bothers me, to be honest. It has been very useful for me at work, the way I can organize my projects is very useful, and that is appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved my project organization problems and the way I work, since with this application I can track my projects in such a way that I almost always deliver the best results. With it, I can offer a completed project on time and with good quality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I totally recommend it, it is very easy to use, it has a very pleasant interface, you will not need any special recommendations to be able to work with it, it will fit very well.
Asana - A new wave of project management and communication
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a good user experience and has fun features like a rainbow and unicorn dancing across your screen when you check an item off your "to-do". This makes it fun and different from other tools. However, notifications can be frequent unless you have this board up in a side tab constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Staying up to speed on all boards, updates and comments can be hard. Initial set up always includes all notifications on - which can include your own comments sent out to others, and updates from all boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a good way to cover the same topics on a weekly basis
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the needs your team has within project management, circling back on the same subjects for updates, and tracking projects over time. This tool is relatively easy to use - just be sure to turn off notifications.
Keeping up with your work
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to group your groups. It helps me think about multiple things at once and yet not loses track of everything going on. This way I can prioritize what needs to be prioritized

It can get overwhelming sometimes and I would constantly get reminders of things to do

Losing track of work that needs to get done and keeping everything conveniently grouped

What do you like best about the product?
Everything! I've had Asana since beta and would not even be able to know to wash my hair without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
They no longer have a downloadable app, it is all 3rd party.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run all task management for my home, our business, and client work through Asana. I have had so many times where I would have forgotten do to something without it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is a wonderful tool for list makers! It has a great mobile app and saves my life every day.

What do you like best about the product?
Concluding, checking and finishing a task with Asana is one of my favorite activities, it's the best feeling. It's great to be able to add slopes and activities as well as share my content without the need to use other software or things like that, it's also great to see how they added the list of recent employees, it's very helpful not to look one by one and move on to find out their information. Asana is reliable and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the software needs improvements in the calendar, in addition to deadlines could do something more complete to interact and look more at the process of tasks in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leading a team with all the necessary tools has been the best with Asana, I can animate the process and be aware of things without seeming congested.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is ideal for you to manage your projects and harmoniously coordinate a teamwork, I recommend to configure your calendar properly.
Can't go a day without it
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes keeping track of tasks and dues dates so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to assign a task to two or more people, but the subtasks option solves most of that issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the problem of tasks not being finished on time and not knowing the status of projects. It's so easy to look at what everyone's work load is.
Asana keeps my tasks and projects organized
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to navigate and has an intuitive interface. The search feature functions well so its hard to lose anything. Forms have helped to standardize incoming requests. The ability to switch between list and board views within projects helps speed up some bulk actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk uploads can be a bit tricky. When setting task dependencies, it only allows you to select from the last ~10 tasks that were created/edited. For a while, Asana allowed the use of Portfolios, which increased how organized our team's space was, but then they revoked that feature so we lost any progress made there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team uses Asana to track projects, plan and assign sprint tasks, and organize incoming team requests.
Helps with Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows for very organized project management and collaboration amongst the team. We can indicate which tasks we have completed, as well as, seeing which tasks are yet to be completed amongst the team. I also really like how you can move tasks through different steps as they are finished.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how cluttered the tasks are. It makes it look unorganized and difficult to navigate.

Asana has held each member of the team responsible for their tasks.
Way for me to be organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to be more organized at work. I can save my files or document to do lists for the day and it is easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that I cant share my documents as easily as I can with google suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every day of work I had to come up with a daily schedule for my interns to complete. I also had to utilize asana for my weekly to do list. It was definitely beneficial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Asana for any weekly projects or to do lists to get done. It is easily accessible.
