Great platform for project management, I prefer Trello for the creative field

What do you like best about the product?
I like most in that tool we can easily assign the task to the team and can take the follow up by mentioning the name of respective person..
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything which I don't like this tool. It have all the capabilites to collaborate the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are resolving the synchronisation problems with the help of Asana. There is no way to confusion we can easily update each and everything there in Asana commenting and assigning the task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend to the person who is looking for the collaboration tool. This will be meets their expectations. It have all the features which we need for collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to collaborate with so many people at one time on a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the tile view on Asana and how some projects can get confusing if someone doesn't understand the software and how you are supposed to track a project and subsequent to-do items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, our problems come into play when considering those who don't understand how the software is supposed to work, and won't put in the time necessary to make sure they are using Asana correctly.

Task management without losing data, discussion and subtasks

Fine to use, great UI layout and great mobile app

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helped our team to better communicate on projects, show progress, stay on task of to-do lists, and manage our workflow. With different workspaces, we were able to organize our yearly events and assign tasks so everyone knew what to expect. Asana has worked wonderfully for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to switch between multiple workspaces and projects; this is probably more user-error than design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helped us to increase team communication between staff meetings, stay up-to-date with what was going on in the entire office, and stay focused on the tasks that were assigned to each individual. This has also helped us to keep a record of assignments completed and successes for our year-end evaluations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is great for a work team that has a lot of projects going on at once. It helps keep team members updated and on-track.

The updates seem to come frequently and has caused a little bit of learning curve.

Communication between team members within an item that needs to be complete. Conversations & attachments are organized instead of hidden or lost in our email.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign tasks to a specific person with a deadline as well as to assign followers who may need to contribute to the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email reminders can seem overwhelming but they do help keep tasks in the forefront. I don't like how marking a task complete does not auto-move it to our "Completed Tasks" column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to plan our giving day in which we get over 2,000 donors and raise hundreds of thousands of dollars. We can copy the project from year to year to help us remember even the tiniest of details. Yet, there is enough flexibility that we can edit the project to reflect the changing needs and team members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a small enough team, the free version is adequate. However, it looks like there are some great benefits to the paid version in addition to increasing the number of users.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using this application for years and the best feature in this application is we can easily make tasks for our mates and everyone can easily followup and discuss inside the task itself. It really helps for recordical purposes and helps us to be unconfused with the tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if Asana can also notify if the deadline marked in the task going to end.

It helped as to followup easily for a task and discuss within the task without a confusion.

The Asana is better for those who really handles tasks in their job purposes. It is a good platform for discussions too.
