What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful with Asana is a web and mobile application so i can used in my computer and my phone to help my team to organize, track, and manage their work. Forrester reports that.

The least helpful about Asana Nothing because it is an applicatio designed to manage a project

Other software, such as ClickUp, have the same offerings as Asana. While the software is still a leader in the industry, Asana is no longer differentiated.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using asana for years. We really like it. The ability to add so many details in tasks is great. It solves most of our problems. We also use it to collaborate with clients as well. They provide information and feedback through asana throughout the whole development process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new ListView is not very intuitive. We believe the option to add sprints would have been nice. Also, a good way to show updates and user notification would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage tasks and the whole project is one of the biggest challenges asana has solved for us and we're pretty happy with it.

What do you like best about the product?
Efficiently, clean and organized. That's how you can manage and track the progress of a task, campagin, team, etc. Asana offers to you different templates, for different kind of business activites you want to track and needs team collaboration.
Just enter the emails of the team members you want to be included and select the kind of task you want to follow up.
Great interface, very easy to follow instructions and can be implemented by a person with basic computer knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is a very secure tool, and sometimes that could be a little bit anoying, when yiu have to identify yourself more than once to access to your project from a different location or ip address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Live updates from different collaborators, progress follow up, etc. Visual look of the progress of every activity you decide to include, operations, telemarketing, you name it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy to use tracker, and team collaboration solution, this is one of the easiest I can recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Asana has given us the ability to create multiple, separate projects. I love the fact that we can delegate various tasks to our team members and guaranteeing they get a message and a job that is attached to their own profile. It is a way of creating accountability for the tasks they own. Also the email notifications are a great aspect, all in all this great tool allows us to keep things organised and functional
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has made a breakthrough due to all of the features that have been developed, it is quite a simple and straight forward tool to use and it accomplished a fast adjustment to the Interface it provides, but I have had some negative factors that significantly affected the experience I had with this system, such as the fact we currently not able to create group projects from our mobile devices as well as some notification issues we have experiencing where notifications come through from previous tasks that have been marked as completed, so there is still room for improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This great tool has helped us make our job easier and better, this platform helps us to exchange all kinds of information and material in real time, and also enables us to handle all our tasks and events efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend you start with the Free version of this great tool and see how you get on, if you find yourself comfortable and need more functionality then I recommend upgrading to the paid version, make sure you have an Active internet connection as well just to make sure the tasks get synced across and information gets loss.
