Not my favorite project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Form submission feature is nice, generally it helps keep our team on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty clunky, hard to find what things I'm responsible for. Since our whole 60+ marketing team uses it, I end up seeing a lot of stuff that isn't relevant to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep our marketing team on the same page--we have a number of small sub-teams within the greater marketing org so Asana helps make sure handoffs between projects are smooth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My opinion: there are probably better project management softwares out there.
Easily manage work for your entire team with Asana.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to maintain an excellent workflow, streamlines the process to execute projects in a certain time. It allows organizing and assigning tasks to team members to carry out a project in progress. You can track the activities assigned to each member to know that management works on the fly without delays or inconvenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version could be a little more complete so that other people or companies feel more motivated to implement it by seeing all the features you can count on, and thus be able to buy the full version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the organization we use Asana in all departments, because it is a tool that through it we can manage the entire project, that is, it is responsible for assigning the activities to each member of our team so they can keep a project going, and in turn we can monitor how each member is working in terms of their assigned activities. It is a tool that plays a relevant and fundamental role in our organization, since it helps expedite the process to take out the project in the planned time. We keep a constant follow-up so that all projects are executed and not forgotten as new priorities emerge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a tool that has fundamental aspects for companies, with it you can manage all your activities, assigning to each member what they must do to work on an ongoing project. At the same time it allows you to make a follow-up to know if the members are fulfilling their assigned activities. This tool takes care of all future project management and allows the project to exit in the estimated time. It is a tool that can be used comfortably from mobile devices and not just office, this means that you can use it from anywhere without the need for a desktop computer.

Very good and clean interface. Shown in workflow charts and easy to organize the progress and projects.

When I use Asana, I find difficult to manage across different groups.

Manage projects and view process clearly and share with team members.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like ASANA because it is a collaborative application for task management, which has allowed me personally do many self-automation projects, also has a systems of notes and tasks that increase my productivity At the time of developing the project, I also like that it allows me how to create a working channel in which it allows each one of the members modify the projects, notes and tasks that are included in the application.

There is nothing that afflicts me of this software or application since I consider it a very complete application that allows make a large number of specific things, such as when making projects you can add notes or labels, which It allows us to interpret the meaning of what he is seeing.

This application has helped me and allowed me to know what my project team members are working on, respond doubts, and get instant updates on work progress.

If you are looking for an automation application or any other project this is the one that allows you to facilitate the Interpretation of your work or project to both you and your co-workers through notes and labels and many others functions that this application has. Try it you will love this software.
Easy and simple to use task/project management
What do you like best about the product?
Sub categories for tasks, pictures, @ mentioning someone within and categorizing of importance and mobile

pretty much the only thing so far, when you get started a little confusing on how to add in task vs overall project

Communication, transparency and task / projects. nothing falls through the cracks, accountability

The different category is hard to find. And the title is hard to write.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana let’s you test out using their software with a team of 15 so you can ensure it is the right solution for your organization before making a large financial commitment. I can tell they truly listen to their customers to understand which new features to add, the improvements to make and that they continue to make their software more sophisticated as their client base grows. It’s configurable to meet your org’s needs but simple enough for anyone to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When they rolled out the re-designed list view experience it was a bit heavy handed. In the future, when doing a big UI overhaul, I would try to exclude companies who have big projects with over 20 teammates and hundreds of interconnected tasks. It was the only thing that Asana has done in the last 3 years that made me lose trust in them.

Great Project Management Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
There's so much about Asana that I love! I love the ability to create, assign, and keep track of tasks and the ability to integrate other files within a task. It makes handling tasks so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was the ability to duplicate sections, instead of just individual tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team works on multiple projects simultaneously, so we needed a project management tool that would enable us to really keep detailed track of every task and assignee. Asana lets us do that with great ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple yet robust the tool is - it's useful for people at every skill level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more layout options for printing purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has made it SO much easier to consistently plan content and distribution for my company. I've found the color code feature to be incredibly helpful for when I need to quickly see what's upcoming.

If you're looking for a robust, yet simple organizational tool, Asana is the platform for you.
Simple, intuitive UI for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the pin-board type UI. The integrated messaging feature by task is also nice - including the autologging when you reply by email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its difficult to filter out assignments by individual task assignees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has a TON of projects going on at once. Some are quick turn, others are multi-month projects. Asana helps keep us on task for all of them.
