Functions and tools of the most intelligent task management.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the excellent computer software and can share work, deadlines, notes and projects with team members. Asana is the best and most flexible project and team management software.
What do you dislike about the product?
This application does not allow our team members to chat and communicate. It takes some time to understand these features, since their features are very difficult to follow and to learn. The most obvious problem with this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is one of the most successful task management programmes. Asana is a software that is extremely flexible and easy to use. Every company can easily use and easily access this software. It is therefore the most flexible software and the best tool.

Excellent software, it is very safe and efficient, it is perfect for project management of any company.

Maybe the price it is a bit expensive for SMB

If you need a fast tool for tracking task Asana it is your right choice
Fantastic Project Management and Task Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean and simple interface and the fun animations that sometimes appear when completing tasks. I also like having quick access to my Calendar and Files as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way Teams are managed I found is a little confusing as well as switching between workspaces. Adding extra team members and setting their permissions (e.g. only being able to see just their project) I also found to be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently using asana to manage topics for my social media and to track special holidays. I also use it to manage my web design projects to keep me on track and productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I find the free level of asana suitable for my needs as a freelance designer. However I do not share my workspace with clients at this stage, I simply use it as a planning and project management tool for myself.
Asana is the place for everything
What do you like best about the product?
You could do everything there, make schedules, assign projects, request documents/briefs, make a calendar, communicate with a team or multiple teams
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t get notifications that much and can’t track if the assigned task was delivered, viewed or accepted
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, too many emails, not knowing who’s assigned a project
Great for managing tasks and having related communication in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can assign tasks from email, assign to others, comment on a task and have everything in one spot so you're not searching for what someone said once in an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the "my tasks" section cannot be more easily organized like the projects can.

We're creating a better and more effective work flow and minimizing inbox clutter.

Excellent for organizing projects and creating task lists with multiple people on a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It frequently updates and makes you refresh the website on occasion.

We are better tracking our project deadlines, tasks, and deliverables.
Tool for Virtual Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows for virtual meetings through a user friendly format.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any virtual meetings, there are limitations that don’t happen in person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can connect teams easily with each other for collaboration.
Accountability, Organization and Effective business management
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to structure your business and keep on top of projects and task lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
when copying a task list with multiple parties involved, I'm not able to recreate without tagging each party to their related task.

Onboarding new hires and task list for terminated employees

Asana makes it very easy to assign and manage tasks to be completed.

It would be great if there was a reminder feature for incomplete tasks. There is a message feature though.

Asana helps to assign and keep track of all the tasks assigned to someone.
A great way to organize a team towards a singular goal
What do you like best about the product?
This is an extremely useful tool to divide up tasks within a group to work towards a single goal. Its very useful for organizing and assigning tasks to specific members, who can mark when the task is completed. This helps everyone stay on track and meet a deadline much easier than without.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many complaints, the website is visually appealing, but there is a little bit of a learning curve. However its really not too difficult and doesnt take too long to catch on

This is helpful for keeping people on tracking, as you can assign specific members for each task, as well as deadlines, they need to mark when each task is completed.
