Simple Team Task Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to set deadlines and delegate tasks quickly and efficiently and to track progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the initial creation of projects and tasks can be a little clunky. The initial UI for a new user is slightly difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send less email and work more collaboratively consistently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you were looking for a solution to team task management and delegation this is one of the best out there.

It has all the features you need and hooks into all the other software you use

It doesn’t have support for Gantt charts.

Keeping projects on track and stakeholders updated is incredibly easy
Asana streamlined marketing workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Asana email updates are helpful. The way multiple people can be integrated is simple and helpful for managing teams with different roles. Asana has a built in calendar and task assignments that keep everyone on track. there’s enough space to keep all the docs, trackers, calendars, instructions, and communications in one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit cluttered. I don’t really like the way the tabs/categories are “hidden” and if you don’t set up the locations for easy access files, it can get a bit diluted and “lost”. I wish there was an easier way to dashboard everything. The landing page is different every time I log in, depending where I left off last time and that sometimes throws me off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m working on Asana to coordinate multiple tasks to get marketing work done for multiple small companies. I like that the graphics, login info, product data sheets, etc. can all be sorted and stored in a single place. Then, any person assigned to a task can access that info and get notified about assignments and deadlines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is great for team/task based work. I do think it does have a bit of a learning curve so depending how technically savvy and independent everyone in the team is, it would be helpful to hold a training or give ample time to get everyone acclimated.

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty interface and graphics. customizable tasks, sub-tasks and assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program is repetitive to use for a smaller team where the distribution of projects and tasks is relatively clear. The calendar feature can be replaced by other alternatives. The initial switch to the program was too complicated, perhaps not worth the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It relieves pressure off the team to not have to keep a long-running project constantly in the back of their head. It keeps good track of progress.
I’d Rather Use Wunderlist
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a reasonable time and task management tool. It helps you create lists and share the task load with your team. I love that you can assign tasks to team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the look, feel and format of the entire program. As a result, I would not recommend using it. It just doesn’t appeal to me and seems over complicated in comparison to Wanderlust.

Switch to Wanderlust.
Asana has been amazing to use as an entrepreneur. Great way to keep track of projects.

I am solving the problem of letting things skip through the cracks. It’s easy for things to get lost if you’re only managing projects in your inbox

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana allows me to track my progress through processes. I love checklists and they are good for those!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It just has a bit of a learning curve if you’re used to paper planners

I am able to automate things more and set reminders that repeat for my repeating processes
Successfully manage any project or task easily with Asana.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the great advantages of this software is that it allows assigning tasks to specific members of the group and also offers the possibility of visualizing and controlling the progress they have in terms of their execution. Another aspect that I like about this tool is that it allows you to create multiple workspaces simultaneously, and also allows you to share files and information with other users in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the disadvantages of this software is that to use it it is necessary to have an internet connection, in addition, sometimes the application freezes and suddenly stops working. Another aspect that should improve this tool is its customer service, because its responses are slow and inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a great ally for us because it facilitates and improves our work, this tool allows us to share all kinds of information and content in real time, also allows us to effectively manage all our projects and activities. Their collaboration tools allow us to always stay connected and communicated because we have access to information anywhere in the world.

I recommend that when making use of this tool you ensure that you have a stable internet connection, in this way you can guarantee its correct operation and prevent the loss of information. I also suggest using the free version to get started, so that you can familiarize yourself with its features and tools.
ASANA: The Best Cloud Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an easy to use Project Management Software that is free as long the user limit is 15. For me, the best feature of ASANA is the live editor that will automatically save your input and everyone will know what you did for transparency. ASANA requires you to have a WORK email but you can also use GMAIL if you plan to use it personally whereas WORK email allows you to have multiple teams inside ASANA. The alerts, API integration, Mobile App and the minimalist design of this software are what makes the user experience top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
ASANA is expensive even though it is free for less little than 16 users, we still can't purchase ASANA since it's the same price as getting a VPS Software. I don't have a clue on how the Gantt Chart works on ASANA but it's a cool feature that makes me want to purchase ASANA but does not merit the high price of the monthly payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two of my Bosses are having problems using ASANA on Mobile Devices so it's not user friendly on ages 40 and above.

Look no more! ASANA is the best Project Management Software ever created.
Powerful Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a lot of features and is completely great on it's free version for anyone running projects, tasks, or a business. It's sleek and doesn't take long to figure out and it's flexible enough that you can organize your projects and tasks how you like. It has just about anything you could need - like recurring tasks, multiple projects and views (like boards), integration with other tools and time tracking with Toggl. It makes projects run a lot smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is better suited for teams or larger businesses, but does work for a solopreneur. There were a lot of things I never used or didn't need that I couldn't hide or change to fit my needs better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana really helped me learn my processes and what tasks went into the types of projects I was completing. With Asana I can track my client's projects down to the date and time, track time, and attach files or link to other pages. It also helps my business stay organized.
