What do you like best about the product?
I personally like the aesthetic and interface of the software, and the ability to track multiple projects

Would prefer to have HIPAA compliance due to sensitive info

I've realized my team is on the same page regarding the projects we implement
Solid user-friendly project management tools but not so powerful solution

cheap, had so many integration , very useful and easy to learn and the most best about asana that you don't have to start from the scratch when you create up a new project

there are no much customization , and there are no phone support

Asana is software that is being actively developed, and they really care about user retention! Highly recommend!

Some of the filter options are a little difficult to use at first, but like anything, the more you use it the easier it becomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of individual and team projects.
Asana helps you stay organized and on top of due dates!

I love how you can assign team members tasks and due dates.

There are some features that they need to update. I hate how a form is set into a project and cannot create its own project from it. It would be nice to have a PDF download available from a prokect

I like how welcoming the interface is, it seem to make it user-friendly

Make sure to check out what other platforms are available to see which best fits your team internally

What do you like best about the product?
I find the task creation and sharing the most helpful as everyone can see who is doing what and by what deadline. The messaging is also well designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the inbox is arranged where you need to scroll to find the most recent comment on a thread.

Quicker communication and organization between team members, which was difficult before because we work virtually at different locations.

Consider the features and whether they are sufficient or can be used in a way that works best for you.
Great tool for managing small or large projects
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to use Asana as a business platform, but also as a more comprehensive schedule/to-do list for personal matters. I love that I am able to attach followers and files, comment on project statuses, subtask items, and set due dates with due times and reoccurring time patterns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was less expensive, or they offered a cheaper plan. I also wish there were more options for colour coding my tasks and/or projects. They should consider adding a customized colour slider to provide me with unlimited options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve the problem of tracking projects, project updates, project statuses, and task prioritization and subtasks. The benefits I have received are time management, communication, project tracking, sharing, and much more. I love the simplistic layout, and the functionality is very easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it for personal uses as a more comprehensive agenda, not just business uses.
