Easy to Use PM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to collaborate with multiple members. Tasks can be easily created on the board with easy callouts to different members of the organization
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to assign tasks to multiple people

Great way to keep yourself organized
What do you like best about the product?
I just recently started using Asana and it provides me with a new way to keep track of tasks. A person is able to create different sets of tasks and share with different people. The tasks can also be shown on a calendar. Asana also has a timeline function, progress function, and allows your to customize the layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things that I dislike. However, the first thing that caught my eye when I started using it was the layout of the bar on the left. I think it could be improved and allowed to be more customized. I also thing the Board could be more minimalist. I don't really like the columns and how they are displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me to keep track of all work and personal tasks. Multiple boards can be created, so you can differentiate tasks according to their categories.

A different and modern method of approaching tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for the assigning, reminding and keeping the works to update with a team. When one of my group worker completed one job I can immediately see it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I disliked so far. Thanks for the program!

We can track each of the group members activities on our work. That accelerate the process.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is its different but effective design for working in a much more organized way compared to before. It offers a range of options to work based on the need for organization of our information, thus allowing the customization of its tab system as much as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool has made our work life much easier, we haven't had any issues so far, so I have no negative comments to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an exceptional tool with incredible design, allowing us to organize everything in an original way that gives us quick access to all the information we need about tasks and projects scheduled for future dates. It has promoted punctuality in all areas because we are always correctly informed of the dates thanks to Asana.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They should seriously consider this tool for all the benefits it can offer them. In my experience, I advise trying its free version to confirm that it is what they are looking for.
Asana is a very effective system for organizing tasks in the workplace!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Asana is that it creates deadlines for my tasks. It works across multiple users and helps unify our workplace. My supervisors in different areas of the office can assign me tasks and I do not have to worry about forgetting them because Asana keeps all of my tasks organized in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that you can not manually add a task to your list of tasks. If I get tagged in a task, I will simply get an email about it and not be able to add it to my workspace. this sometimes allows for tasks to slip through the cracks because I either do not see it or I forget about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of time management because Asana allows me to visualize what tasks need to get done and by what time, so that I can effectively organize my time to get all of my work done.

The print view isn’t the best. Isn’t as clean looking as what you see online

What do you like best about the product?
It's good to tag people on projects and create followers on each task and project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage is that you have to upgrade to the premium version to add interdependencies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Robohead and Monday.com in the past. I sometimes find it confusing as compared to the campaigns, projects and tasks which cannot be seen using gantt charts in the free version. The benefit is that it is very easy to use and can be integrated with your inbox.
