My favorite team management software
What do you like best about the product?
How seamless it is to organize and upload tasks/files that need to get done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of to be honest
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps all of our teams tasks and files organized on campaigns we're running. It keeps us all up to date on what each of us are doing and what step we are with a client.

Asana is a simple, easy to learn and use time management program for any project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features take a bit more time to learn.

Asana makes it easy to manage tasks between team members so you can track when will each task be completed.

Excellent user interface that's extremely easy to use all included in the free version of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons here. It does everything need currently need and it's free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our team organized and on schedule while keeping everyone in the loop.

If you're looking for a free task management software, this is a really good option.

It has a lot of different views depending on the teams need, which makes it a good product to use if you have to work across a lot of different areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be hard to keep up with tasks if used often, the search functionality isn't as clean as you would hope it to be.

Tracking projects status and aggregating the needs for multiple teams

Not sure what I dislike, generally I think it works best if everyone is very committed to it

Being able to make subtasks and assign them to different people. Being able to keep all projects and related documents in a sharable, centralized platform.

You cant assign a task to multiple people.

Oerall proejct reporting and scalability is somewhat limited.

Super easy to learn & use when onboarding new team members. Helps us keep track of everything and share priorities & tasks

It can sometimes get a little messy and the notifications are TOO MUCH if you don't turn them off.

Keeping myself organized has always been an issue for me. I use asana not only for our team, but to help keep myself on track and hit my daily goals

Great for staying on top of things, provides options for lists, boards, timelines etc to view however makes sense to you
