I couldn't do my job without Asana!
What do you like best about the product?
Having daily tasks and that I can make project tasks and assign them out as we develop projects is a huge help! Keeps us on task!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to be able to copy entire tasks into other projects without multi-homing them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create a project, move it through the pipeline, and see it through to completion is huge! It's easy to see at a glance where a project is.

If you are looking for help to organize projects and tasks, this is your answer!
Brilliant work management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana's usability is unrivaled. It was so simple to hop right in and set up my first project and start managing my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, it's not the best for certain types of projects. For instance, I've had difficulty with ongoing projects that have recurring tasks and need to be updated on a regular basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has changed the game for me from a team management and task management standpoint. It has been helpful in keeping everyone on the same page, and helped us knock projects out more efficiently.
Great service for task management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can use Asana as a team and assign/manage tasks, assign deadlines, and check off completed tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside about using Asana would be the organization of tasks and projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Asana, it's hard for myself to remember tasks and complete them in a timely manner. Asans helps me be able to view my task list no matter where I am.

If you need help keeping tasks organized and on a timeline, I highly recommend Asana to help keep you organized.
Full of features, can be overwhelming at times
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has just about everything you could ever want in a project management tool. As an agency, and someone who is involved in multiple businesses, I love that you can have different organizations so you can separate different teams, clients, and projects without anyone knowing about each other. It's become my first tool of choice for all project management and even personal task list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could get a premium account for just myself, but the lowest tier they offer is 5 users. Since I am a freelancer/agency of just one person, that is cost-prohibitive for me. Also it would be nice to have a better way to categorize tasks, and better integration with Google Calendar since you can only set the day but not the time in the calendar, so if I have something I'm supposed to work on at 2pm on Tuesday, Asana makes it an all-day event on Tuesday rather than scheduling it into an appropriate time slot. Overall it could be a little easier to use and there is a bit of a learning curve but it's not too bad once you get used to it.

Trello helps me manage projects, teams, and task lists.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how this program keeps my tasks and projects organized. The interface is very user friendly and the mobile component is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not cheap, limited access to the best features unless I pay for the pro version :(

Organization, tracking progress of different tasks, keeping my co workers informed on my progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it allows you to customize hownyou want to organize your projects. I think the pipeline feature is excellent too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could merge projects! It would be nice to sub categorize them as well (tags maybe)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems as of yet! Benefits are amazing. I use it for a project based purpose as well as to log instances of tech bugs for correction. Works well for both!

Smart lists that make it easy to show what you've accomplished.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kanban board style doesn't appeal to me.

Tracking work for myself and teams. Hugely productive at prioritizing.

Use the free personal version for your own organizational benefit, you won't regret it
Clean, Simple, Yet Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Asana provides a clean, simple means to track different tasks and projects. I also like how it allows separation of different tasks and sections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has pretty much all the needed features- only thing is the achievement animations are somewhat unprofessional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To-do list items no longer fall through the cracks.

If you need a robust, easy-to-use to do list tool, look no further.

Navigation on the platform is easy to use. It is very mobile friendly. I would for sure recommend this to someone struggling with organization of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind when thinking of disadvantages to the site.

Organizational problems are being solved. It's streamlining our business model.

The way you can share projects with others provides excellent transparency which helps keep everybody on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana lacks the ability to personalize/customize the dashboard and your view. It would be nice if I could change things from what you would like to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We typically used Asana to track projects and identify who or what needed extra help during the course of the week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Asana is a great way to show team members what you are working on and what you may need help with. There are probably other software you can use but my only experience is with Asana.
