Loved it
What do you like best about the product?
I have used variety of tools for project management, but Asana is the one which gave immense satisfaction interns of assigning job and scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is bit complex for a non techie guy initially. Project assignment to colleagues is easy, but notification should've more appropriate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost everything. Right from assigning tasks to project completion, Asana helps to build rapport with in the team.
No more "To-Do" lists on sticky notes!
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I keep our tasks organized by person and with deadlines. It's extremely easy to use and keeps everyone on track!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't manage your email preferences, they will send you countless emails everytime someone does something on Asana! Luckily that has a fix but just a warning to beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When there's a massive project and your team gets overwhelmed by tasks at hand, it's an amazing way to add structure, due dates, and assign tasks to specific team members. It gives you a good grasp on how to proceed.

It's still a little confusing as to what is a project vs task and hard to keep track of multiple task/projects across multiple people

This software is easy and extremely user-friendly project management tool that will meet most users' needs.

Asana sofware loads slow and it takes too long to open a particular task, leaving most users curious and impatient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped us drag and drop attachments rather than following the traditional method. This makes the process easy and fast.

This is a very good software to use and so I highly recommend it to other users.

What do you like best about the product?
We don't have to waste time after using Asana for sending mails, chats to our team but Asana helps me a lot to organize my whole data from companies objective so teams are clear about their priority and responsibilities. We can also monitor our real time progress while using Asana. It's simple and elegant disign is it's another positive point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truely I didn't find any negative point in Asana. The capabilities shown in this are exactly what we are looking for. It is updated to match with trends and need of users and also it is quite easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is multifunctional, integible and quite easy to use. Our company is using this software for providing is necessary details, managing our team projects and to deliver work faster to us.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a very powerful application and isn't limited to an installation. As it can be accessed via the web or mobile, it makes managing tasks and projects with team members a breeze. It's packed with features and helps you adds that extra work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's limited if you're looking to spread tasks between team members, as you can only choose one person to assign a task to. Sometimes it can the numerous features can be overwhelming when you just want to set up a simple project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing tasks and projects hasn't been easier. Though alternative have been used and are still being used, Asana offers great amount more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for that project managing, team task system to make things go a lot smoother day to day, then Asana can help. They offer free versions to test the platform and I would highly recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
You can attach tasks to yourself and view them in a calendar list so you know what tasks are pending or due.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email notifications are not very clear. It's difficult to tell what has been answered and to comment because there is just too much information. Trello does this well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I managed an entire website project from Asana. I also used Google docs, sheets and Drive but didn't get the chance to explore how I could incorporate that into the application (without using links) so that there was less going back and forth, and thus confusion and miscommunication.
Easy to use but need more collaborations

Asana is easy to use, simple, clean with basic feature to follow up the tasks

Id you get bigger and bigger, you don’t have too much control on your tasks, needs ghands chart

We use asana to check the daily task and organise our work

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other solutions that I've used before, I really like that you have enormous flexibility as far as how you prefer organizing your projects. Unlike Trello, Asana allows for one task to be part of multiple projects eliminating the need to create duplicate tasks. This is why I switched to Asana in a nutshell. Also, the tool's priced quite reasonably, unlike Wrike for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easy to delete a task, sometimes even too easy to erase the content you've been putting in a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am running multiple teams and coordinating international projects between sales, marketing, and support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're using "agile" as your project management or company management style, I think Asana's definitely capable of meeting your requirements for a company-wide project management tool.

Perfect for small teams - email reminders, shared calendar, etc.

I don't have any complaints - can't go wrong.

Working as a teleworker made it difficult to coordinate with team members but Asana really helped with that.

Just do it - it's not hard and works perfectly to integrate a team in different places.
