Really good for small and big projects/teams
What do you like best about the product?
That I can assign tasks to teams and monitor its progress
What do you dislike about the product?
That Gants is not integrated for free, this is the last generic feature I would like them to integrate it for free users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can record all projects and its progress, archive and review them anytime.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a try, is easy to set up your projects, it worths the time testing it

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the best tool for project management and it provides us a specific list of features we need to get done each project. We can use Asana for small business management and it helps us to break the project in tasks and provide us away what you do. With the Asana project are easy to set up and complete we can complete project tasks easily. It's a great platform for designed and marketing teams but it's a great solution for team tasking collaboration. The best feature of Asana is that we can share tasking, deadlines, notes, and projects with our team members. The one thing that stands out in Asana to allow me a designer and allow me to a different color to manage my product design.
What do you dislike about the product?
It look a little bit expensive my company pays it money because my company almost prefers it that's why it can purchase this tool form pay the high cost which is not good for my company. Sometimes when one task is complete and shares with team member's it notify us to update the Asana application which creates us a difficult way for project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall Asana is perfect and kept my team members work together which is a perfect way for project management and I can be impressed by the working way of this tool. Asana has a digital platform for dealing with the customer. It performs robust and works well for customer management and recommend others to work with this tool.

The best feature is how streamlined the software is. Communication and task management are easy to use and navigate.

Not knowing how to invite clients to chat

Task management has been been simplified as well as communication between administrators.

Email communication should go straight to email, not an email that you have to click on and then be taken to asana

It’s great for managing projects with multiple stakeholders. It’s easy to assign tasks and organize them in a variety of different ways

There are so many different features and it’s not always obvious how to use them, even to someone who works at a tech startup. The sheer number of different features and pages can get overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s really helped with keeping track of progress and seeing what everyone needs to work on.
A very comprehensive tool fits very well for modern day startup styled organizations.
What do you like best about the product?
The meeting notes, follow-up action items and the automated number of sub tasks 2.1 2.2 etc. Alsog with that complex levels of projects and the way you can structure you take is very comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a steep learning curve, initially a project was started on this tool by my department lead and no one else was using it but still had to follow it in meetings etc. It was very hard for me to understand the Asana board completely ad it was very complex and had multiple levels of engagement. Only when I created a smaller project within our team and used it thoroughly did I get comfortable with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The features are very relevant to modern day working way: OKRs, update meetings, substreams of works with tasks and subsequent follow-ups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a complex multi level and comprehensive project management tool in the context of modern day software development or product management, then Asana is definitely the tool to go for.
A Best Approach for Tast Management Anytime Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Mostly I like the integration process with third party apps and feature to compatible as per screen size. During my work schedule I have to access the system from multiple locations and sometime from other devices as well, I always feel comfortable to join it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like when something takes time to load and upload in the system, It kills my time. I always face this issue even when i connected with lease line internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me freedom to manage my projects and access from any devices and anywhere. Memorable

I would recommend to use asana because of its multi features like login, file management, easy to access, invite and integration with other apps

I love the ease of use, especially for the older generation.

I have both the app on my phone and the website and when I manually complete something online the notification doesn’t go away on my app unless I open it.

Honestly my company is really behind technologically and Asana helps us come into the 21st century a little bit with our task management.
