Organizing made easy
What do you like best about the product?
the lack of organization without asana was insane. with asana, we are able to keep things organized. we can create tasks and assign them to employees and don't have to worry about wires getting crossed. because there is a check list spelling everything out for you all in one place. it also notifies you when each task is complete so you do not have to go into asana and check on each task and see whether or not it is completed. also, I love that you can leave notes under each individual tasks. that way if you want someone to know something before finishing the task it is in the note section. and they can make a response as well. so, if something went a little different than planned or they want you to know something about the task, they can let you know as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes, I find the lack of notifications when a task is completed a little frustrating.but when you want to turn the notifications on it emails everyone in the group every single time something is completed. I wish there was just an option to notify when all task are finished for the day or week. instead of individually sending an email for each individual task completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problems of being unorganized are solved. the benefits are not having to find the person you want to do a task and tell them each Time you need something done. it is just in a task for them to look at and complete.

it is a lovely tool for keeping things in the work place organized!
Keeps me orgaanized
What do you like best about the product?
Everything the home office wants us to do can be added there. Items can be checked off when done, and we are accountable for the work assigned to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i forget to check off my tasks, and so it shows late, even though ive done it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my weekly and monthly tasks together and check off option is great. I know what I need to do and when its due.

Sometimes there is a little too much going on.

Asana Optimal Project Management Software for Any Team
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Asana helps improve collaborations between my boss and I. It is a great project management software that keeps us on task and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have nothing bad to say about Asana, though I have noticed some glitches with subtasks in the pass and automation re-appearing though you mark them as "complete". I submitted a report to Asana and they let me now they're working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team with big campaigns to offer clients. As a result, we need a project management software that can handle the load. Asana does this to a tee!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is the best project management tool I've used in my career experiences. I've tried others like Flow, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. Asana does the job best for me.

It's an incredible tool to use for group projects at work. can assign tasks and keep track of the progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact you cannot archive something and be able to still see it.

Again, group projects are amazing with it. love the task aspect of it.

It can really help your company accomplish more group projects without one person feeling like they did all the work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface as it is intuitive and simple to see where work needs to be done, and what has been completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the free version is fairly limited, and I haven't received a lot of opportunities to train in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sometimes lose track of what needs to be done throughout the week, and I'm realizing it helps me categorize and prioritize work.
Asana is a great system to keep all your team in the same page!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Asana, because it keeps the team organized. We are able to assign tasks, and a due dates so we won't forget our tasks in a daily basis. Also if a team member is out we are able to leave messages and not forget about them.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be completely honest I do not dislike anything about Asana!

Organization and communication is the main thing, and keeping the team in the same page!

Asana saved my work life
What do you like best about the product?
I was one of the least organized people out there but with Asana and the super-easy way to see your daily tasks and stay in communication with your team, it has helped me get more done and helped me forget to do things less.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything in Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are being able to archive items instead of deleting them, being able to keep tasks private unless you need to share with everyone, being able to create layers in a task so you don't have to complete the entire task but can complete part of the task.

Take advantage of the tags, subtasks, and notifications! They really help you stay organized.
