Experience with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I believe Asana is the most effective tool out there for ease of communication on projects. It’s interface makes sense and they’ve thought of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at this time, but we’re new to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that Asana’s user-friendly layout encourages the team to actually use it, and is especially helpful when we’re working on a creative project, since including media and attachments etc is easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
So many other platforms for a collaborative work force are tired and boring to use. Asana has made our project easier by being a welcoming platform that’s easy to use. Especially if you’re working on a creative project.
Easy Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I found it was easy to use and could share projects with outside vendors. It was especially helpful to upload screen shots and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did find it was a little confusing on adding contacts to tasks or who was the primary owner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped to project manage a large program with an outside vendor and manage change requests.

The best thing that we have is that we can followup with all the tasks and co ordinate with every department

Less plugins and we cannot connect other software with it like whatsapp

Asana is customizable but structured. It allows you to share what you are doing and co-work on your own terms.

Lots of the best options on Asana are paid only.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an excellent tool for managing tasks in the team. With the assistance of this tool, we have been able to manage the tasks of all team members and keep them centred at one place. Also, we can see the progress of all team members. I have used other task management tool, but I like this tool immensely because of its easy UI and task assignment feature. We can directlty tag a team member in a comment section to know the progress of a task. Also, it is so easy to create task for the team members

I did not have any problems with this tool. Love it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is a time saver as it allows all team members to come together and see the progress of all team. This helps us to grow together. We can streamline all team members task and can analyze time to time whether we are meeting the goals that we set.

If you are managing a large team then you should use this tool in your organization to manage the task progress of all team

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use; clean dashboard; can add project and sub tasks and assign to people or claimed by people; can clearly view the progress
What do you dislike about the product?
If there I have to pick one thing I don’t like is too much notifications and not differentiate from important and not important ones
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The manager can clearly see the team member contribution; better organize the project when it has many sub tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Team and project tracking is so easy with Asana. I can plan everything accordingly in the program and use as a board that helps all day long.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so simple UI. It might be confusing for some people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking projects. I can easily keep tracks what I have to do and what others have to do.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps you organize all of your tasks big or small! You can create teams, projects and tasks for yourself or others! You can easily see sort your tasks by person, date or project!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you all have to have the same company email to assign tasks otherwise you can’t view others tasks. It makes it difficult when you have multiple team members with different emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes team work and managing a team so much easier! You can see what everyone is working on and get notifications when people complete tasks!

I like how it is free and it works! Very good organizing tool. We use it for day-to-day tasks and order following

nothing. it's great, works good and low cost. I really like that you can increase the fun!
