I like how Asana lets me schhedule out my calls and view them in a calendar
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most basic features I like is simply putting sales calls on a calendar and any other calls I need to be on. However, I also like how you can plan out other people's projects and tasks, or even better, have them do their own management and just see what is scheduled collectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure it saves us a lot of time, but it still feels like i spend 30 minutes everyday on Asana when I could be doing more and more inbound or outbound calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have more clarity when it comes to how different projects, tasks and teams are coming along. We know what needs more focus to complete and what is flying by easily.

Can't sign tasks to multiple users, the reason why we switched

What do you like best about the product?
asana is keeping me totally organized. i have a very specific list of what needs to get done each day. at a glance, i can see what i have next for every single project and i can see what i have planned for the day and the week. (i love the calendar view for my tasks!) it's SUCH a great feeling to check off all the items you have on tap for the day! and it's not just mindless checking off tasks, it's getting me closer to my big goals

Nothing almost everything is good. Need little bit imporovements

What do you like best about the product?
It has got really cool team management and file management
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited space for storage of the files in project
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am controlling the projects remotely, dont have to pester employees with unnecessary email communications

I like Asana because it allows me to plan and structure all my work in a super comfortable way for both me and my work team, since with this tool we have managed to fulfill our projects and tasks, I also like that this platform allows me to assign tasks and keep track of each one in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two things that I don't like, one is that once I choose a format for a project, I can't change it and I don't like that the calendar is confusing since I'm not always sure if I add a due date to a task , if it will appear on the calendar or not, it is not very intuitive and I would like to see improvement in this aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I generally think that Asana is the best available task management system that I currently use, and one of the best things that has benefited me is that it is free and has allowed me to manage all my tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is a very flexible and organizing software that will allow you to assign tasks to other members of your team, visualize the start, development and end of your company's projects and can also use it for your personal activities since it will allow you to organize all your plans.

Asana has Revolutionized Our Work
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an amazing task management tool that covers all bases needed to track and monitor orders through our production team. We are able to track orders and ensure every task is on track for completion before the due date. All digital deliverables are able to be uploaded in each task and team members can follows tasks as well. I feel comfortable taking a day off, finally after six months, knowing my team can be in-the-know for every project and able to monitor orders while I am out. As the Business Coordinator for our creative production team handling hundreds of Sign Marketing projects, Asana has changed the way I work and function in the day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the free version, everything has met our standards. I only wish that I can move projects from one workspace to another. I can only move tasks if I am in the same workspaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our problems have been solved. The previous team struggled with task management and monitoring of orders. We had no clue who was doing what at any given time. This made our clients angry when we had no way of monitoring their orders, which led to many orders being dropped. That is no longer an issue for our team because of Asana. It has increased our communication, productivity, and the quality of our service. Everyone is happy!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look no further. I have used Wrike in the past for task management and Asana has been far superior for our creative production needs!
Great project management tool to keep team engaged
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can have sub tasks, deadlines, and attachments for each task. I like how you can visualize the progress of a large project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more high level organization tools - kind of like folders. I know there are “sections” but I wish you could do more with those such as color coordinate and such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am making sure that my team is engaged. I like being able to visualize the work that needs to be done.
