Effective group task tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I like chat function with group members and also the track function ot the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphic is not so attractive. It is so simple compare to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly i can avoid overlap of task process with my team. It benefits us to finish the process fater and save time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will be grade for small group work especially in University.
Asana as per my use case.

The ability to manage an entire company whether it is small or big is the best advantage of asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not minimalistic in nature, also the application on phone looks really childish.

It is reliable and many people can do task at once. You should not wait for your turn to work on certain files.
Best project management app
What do you like best about the product?
Great app, using it for multiple projects. Great UI as well. Helps a lot to being organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better if more features were enabled on the free package.

Tracking comany projects and tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create tasks and sub tasks with team designations.

Layout is very list-oriented, profound lack of views/graphics

Have been able to break complicated tasks down into easy sub tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it.
Simple as writing emails. Short learning curve and fast implementation.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity. You can use it deeply or just to assign tasks in the simplest way. I try a lot of different task managers, and they all start to add things that in the end just complex things. Asana is the first step for letting emails behind and start using a manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you use more than one workspace is not straightforward. They recently added something annoying, and changing workspaces opens new windows, which ends in lots of tabs opened. But we (a lot of users are mentioning this) are sure this will be corrected. This can only bother you if you use more than one workspace; this is when you use Asana in more than one company, for example. I use Asana with 6 clients, and switching between spaces can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We assign tasks to people, and no jobs get lost. Each thing is given to someone. We even use it to keep all the team updated of the tasks state. Using the cards view, the projects look different, and Asana changes the way you can use it. It´s flexible and fast. Dashboards are an excellent way to know the payload of each collaborator, so you can be ahead of problems and bottlenecks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it. And don´t give the users an option. Just make everybody jump in, and solve everything while using it. You will find the best way of using it just using it.
Perfect Tool To Software Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Easy kanban feature is the greatest asset in the Asana application. Ability to colaborate with team while deviding the task for each engineers while monitoring their task, and the trace of the task to see the impediments keeps a clear vision about the deliverable and risk management prior hand. Was able to address many issues then an there thanks to the usage of Asana within the project team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana should colobarate for the Agile development practices as well, so we can creat stories and give effort estimation for stories and deal with task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the project, resource, effort and risk management aspects daily the team face is easily tracked via asana and resolved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Indeed a best choice. Dont deicde from using a day. Use it for a period of time and explore it

What do you like best about the product?
I work in events. Before each event I use Asana zoom out and plan the whole event cycle. I then input all the little details and their deadlines to keep myself on track with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the visual design of asana. It's not very sleek or customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of long term project planning via asana. It allows me to manage details both big and small.
Asana for work
What do you like best about the product?
I like how they give you different ways to view your tasks and/or assignments. Also, this is a great tool to use to see what other team members are doing. great for team members who may not all work at the same site, great way to communicate progress as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that once you choose a way to view/write your tasks that you aren't able to view them in other ways. Also, the ability to print your information is only for the accounts that are paid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that are solving is knowing what my other team members are doing and what has currently been completed.

It is very easy to assign tasks and keep track of daily projects.

You are unable to share tasks with those without the program.

This allows me to keep up to date with our current projects and what teams are working on them. It has increased my company efficiency.
