There isn't anything major to dislike. One area for improvement would be providing more detailed cost insights and faster turnaround times for some support requests.

CloudKeeper helps us manage AWS billing efficiently by providing clear billing visibility, cost optimization recommendations, and responsive support. This has simplified our cloud cost management, reduced administrative effort, and made it easier to track and control AWS expenses.

For a detailed cost summary, it isn’t combining the resources and their dependent resources together, so I can’t get a clear cost insight for a resource and all of its dependencies in one place.

It gives me clear visibility into utilisation, and it helps me take action by identifying what steps we can take to reduce infrastructure costs.
