Easy to Use with Outstanding Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is helpful, and the product is easy to use. The dashboard visibility also helps me monitor resources and costs more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new users who aren’t familiar with FinOps or AWS cost management, it can take some time to understand the dashboards and the recommendations. I’d like to see more guided tutorials or clearer onboarding documentation to help people get up to speed faster.

CloudKeeper helps to reduce AWS costs, improve visibility, and optimize resource usage.

What do you like best about the product?
1)Detailed dashboard and all account can be viewed at one place.

Only drawback that I could see is that we do not have azure integration as of now.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudKeeper is very easy to use, and the interface makes it simple to extract value quickly. CK Lens is particularly useful for exploring and understanding our spending patterns across accounts. CK Tuner has been effective in identifying cost reduction opportunities, especially since we frequently need to clean up or remove obsolete data and unused resources across multiple accounts. The integration process was smooth, and the customer support team has been responsive and supportive whenever we’ve reached out.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the platform displays outdated data. This creates confusion and makes us question whether the system is fully synchronized with our current cloud environment. More up-to-date data visibility would increase our confidence in the accuracy of the insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudKeeper has helped us improve cost visibility and manage cloud spending more effectively. It has addressed several cost optimization challenges and reduced unnecessary expenses across our accounts. Moving forward, we would appreciate more strategic guidance on additional cost-saving opportunities - such as recommendations on commitment purchases and what percentage of usage we should commit to based on our company’s consumption patterns. This would help us optimize even further.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use (Lens), Customer Support for AWS Infrastructure, Knowledgeable Team for specific queries on new services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the issues needs intervention of AWS native support team and this where team needs to be clear when invoke parent support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are constantly working on bringing new services in our infrastructure to optimize cost and improve efficiency. Team has been very helpful and active in getting on calls and guide our DevOps team.

Because of the way they work to give us savings we don't have control over our AWS organisation which makes organisation policies impossible or difficult.

Great Cloud Cost Dashboard with strong Granularity
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me analyze my cloud costs in a single place, which saves me time. I can then spend that time finalizing the action items based on the analysis. The cost dashboard features are really good, and the level of granularity is also strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t find any downsides to it. The only thing I feel is missing is a feature to tag resource IDs with tags. If that gets added, it would be much easier for a team to identify which resources are costing more.

It highlights unused or underutilized resources and offers actionable insights that make it easier to reduce cloud costs. What do you like best about the product?
It has helped our organization achieve significant savings on AWS costs, and the team’s support has been extremely helpful. They also assist us with WAR reports and actionable recommendations, enabling us to continuously improve our infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part is it shows multiple option to see the billing in different way and it is available with one click only
What do you dislike about the product?
Giving billing after 2 days due to this we not able to track if someone spin up something and leave it for two days. But cloudkeeper tell us about that after 2 days which is not good because we already incur cost for that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using clindkeeper to see billing of multiple aws account at one place
