What do you like best about the product?

The cost recommendations were really good, and what I liked most was how they were able to find even the small, unnoticed cost anomalies.

For now, the things are good. Hoping for the bast in future

The main issues are cost savings and unused resources. However, in the latest report there were security findings as well, which was good...

I would specially talk about Lens & Tuner and the amount of granularity and information it gives.

Nothing as of now. We are happy with the services.

They are giving visibility to our accounts and resources and suggestions on how to optimize it.

It provides a clear breakdown of costs and offers helpful recommendations for reducing AWS spend.

What do you dislike about the product?

It definitely needs MCP for recommendations. Right now, only Lens has GPT access, and it would be really helpful to have that for Tuner as well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us keep our aggregated costs under review and fine-tune our spending.

No fuss very reliable service. High quality and quick support.

SAML integration makes adding new accounts a bit painful.

Mostly a reduction in AWS bill and helped us reorganize our AWS setup.

The UI could be improved, and the scheduler still needs a way to search by tags.

Seamless onboarding and great support. Their recommendation system helped us save quite a lot right from the start.

I think some of the reporting could be improved. The alerts don’t seem to consider the complete data at the time, so they aren’t very helpful.

Cloudkeeper is our central source for tracking spend and usage in AWS.

What do you like best about the product?

The Cost Analysis page is the one I use most. The Cost Analysis UI makes it easy to view costs from different angles and combinations, and the ability to drill down all the way to the resource level is especially helpful. The CUR reports and scheduler are also a useful integration. The support team is responsive as well.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be very helpful if the delay before costs are reflected in the CUR/portal could be reduced, so the information is available sooner.

Also, the AI feature isn’t very helpful at the moment. It seems to rely on extremely accurate prompting to produce the results I need, and it can’t forecast costs based on past CUR data.

Managing AWS costs with CloudKeeper is much easier.

What do you like best about the product?

The cloudKeeper team has always been proactive and quick to respond whenever we needed their assistance. Everyone we have interacted with at CloudKeeper has taken ownership of the queries assigned to them and has been very supportive throughout.

What do you dislike about the product?

Unavailability of real-time budget monitoring.

They provide proactive support and assistance on both technical and non-technical aspects of managing our cloud, which would otherwise be difficult.

CloudKeeper providers an excellent cloud cost optmization experience. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive and proactive in identifying savings opportunities.
