What do you like best about the product?
It has given clear cost optimisation insights and proactive recommendations. Cost visibility and control much helped.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, CloudKeeper has helped a lot with cost optimization, and I have not come across any negative aspects so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudKeeper helps us identify and optimize unnecessary cloud spend by providing clear visibility into resource usage and costs. This has enabled better cost control, reduced wastage, and improved overall cloud cost efficiency without impacting performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Its clear visibility into cloud costs and usage, which makes cost optimization very practical and data-driven. The platform provides actionable insights, automated recommendations, and detailed breakdowns that help teams quickly identify wastage and take corrective actions
What do you dislike about the product?
Folder level cost optimization should also be there in aws s3.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By providing real-time cost insights, optimization recommendations, and automated governance, it helps identify unused or inefficient resources quickly. This directly benefits me by reducing cloud costs, improving budget predictability, and saving operational time that would otherwise be spent on manual cost analysis and reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Self managed billing, discounts on on-demand instances, and great reserved instances and savings plan management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Everything is put sepcifically in place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Cost optimizations and full infra management plans.
2. Discounts on on demand ec2.
3. Great single side management for cost analysis and reports.
4. A sole console for managing all of my reserved instances and savings plan.

Cloud keeper lens product is fantastic and and rohit Agarwal from tech team help a lot over the call to resolve my all query specially related to WAF.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Centricity -
I really appreciate that CK [Ankit , Abul. Priyanshi and team] have been able to resolve each of our issues.
All the issues we have raised , CK team has done their due diligence and given us satisfactory answers and resolutions.
CK team has also gone above and beyond in creating the past year cost and usage dashboard . Thank you so much for the extra efforts
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing so far that i could dislike . It is such a positive team to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud cost Visibility .
We have reached out to CK team for out infra review and to understand if our setup in following best practices . They have already done a cloud armour and cloud SQL review in our projects.
Currently the WAR exercise report is also been shared - this will help us improvise and optimise cloud resources ,

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the timely, detailed, technical responses on support cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
My development team needs to use third party tools to get AWS credentials via the SSO approach. There was no indication that CloudKeeper would do anything to improve that situation in the future. There are some things from a DevOps perspective that are more awkward by using CloudKeeper as an intermediary. Specifically, we can't leverage AWS Organizations since the root organization is actually held by CloudKeeper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As far as I know, the key reason for InteliSys choosing CloudKeeper is to reduce our AWS bill, and that motivation is being realized.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudKeeper’s responsiveness and expertise stand out the most. Their team is extremely quick in identifying and resolving AWS-related issues — often within minutes. The depth of their technical knowledge, especially around IAM, RDS, and infrastructure troubleshooting, gives a lot of confidence. Their support feels proactive and hands-on, which significantly reduces downtime and operational overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the experience is positive, but the cost-related insights on the CloudKeeper console could be clearer. Having more detailed visibility into how savings are calculated and how costs are broken down would make the platform even more helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudKeeper solves our AWS operational challenges by rapidly diagnosing and fixing issues like IAM permission gaps and RDS access problems. This saves us time, prevents outages, and keeps our cloud environment stable.
