What do you like best about the product?
Customer reps were very responsive and helped educate me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online interface was slightly clunky and not mobile friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tactical employment considerations for onboarding team members outside of our home region. HR laws vary drastically, and we wanted to make sure we could do things at speed while reasonably addressing HR compliance risk.

What do you like best about the product?
Implementation happened smoothly and quickly. The platform is easy to use and with great integrations with other apps. On every occasion, the customer support team has been very attentive to help us and promptly action.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no dislikes that we feel we need to mention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to employ people from different contries without need to establishing a company entity at the country.

What do you like best about the product?
Communication with the Playroll team is fast and clear in South Africa. They consistently pay salaries on time, often earlier than expected. The online portal is easy to use, has good information storage, such as payslips. And their SARS (tax) process is accurate and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cut off date to changes in salary is quite early in the month. However, this is understandable considering their efficiency in paying on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being employed by an international company, and having all local payroll issues taken care of.

Great Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Interface is very easy to navigate and the important data is easy accessible via the Dashboard.
Customer Support is really great and as I log into the platform frequently, I have never had a problem with data that is displayed incorrect.

Great number of features as it makes submitting leave, claiming an expense etc very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The double sign-in when logging in is a bit of a pain
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me updated on public holidays as I need to submit it quite often in my workplace.
Showing me my annual salary amount in the dashboard is great as I can access it easily when I need to apply for anything or fill out forms.
I love the ease of use when I need to submit annual or sick leave!

Playroll - red tape made easy

What do you like best about the product?
I was hired by a remote company. As I was not ready to freelance yet, I wanted a permanent employee contract based on local law. My employer contracted Playroll to meet my needs. I am now employed according to law where I live, while working remotely. Playroll takes care of all the red tape. They have easy to use portal where I can download or request all sorts of documents, submit leave requests or expense reimbursement requests. The service is reliable and Playroll employees always professional and helpful. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially the portal did not have all the functionality it has now. But I am very happy they keep adding the features and streamlining the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy the benefits of working completely renotely while having a standard employee contract based on local law.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was quick and easy. The platform is user firendly and automatised for all usual processes likeexpense reimbursement, pay slips, taxation etc.

I did not find any issue so far with the platform or the people

Payroll customer support is the main difference from their competitors, always providing easy, fast & understandable solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the other hand, their web platform could be enhanced, facilitating the UX & simplifying process.
