It is a fantastic payroll tool that integrates seamlessly with my organization, making it easy to manage contracts, assist with local benefits, provide visa support, and deliver payroll analytics. The ease of use in setting up Playroll for our organization was commendable, and the technically strong team of CSMs provided outstanding assistance, even when initial setup challenges arose. This capability to streamline HR and payroll activities on an international scale is essential for my operations. The user-friendly nature and the effective support make Playroll an indispensable tool in my toolkit.

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike about Playroll, but if I had to point something out, I’d say there’s a bit of a learning curve at first especially when you’re getting familiar with all the features.
That said, once you get the hang of it, everything runs smoothly. The team is also really responsive, so any questions or small issues get sorted out quickly. It’s more about the adjustment period than an actual drawback.
