What do you like best about the product?

I love that users can quarantine emails and I can release them back or have those emails be flagged and pulled from all users' email inboxes.

What do you dislike about the product?

There currently isn't single sign on but I heard that is coming.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping our users inboxes safe from phishing and spam and strange emails.

What do you like best about the product?

Ability to review emails and phishrip them.

What do you dislike about the product?

I’m unable to remove multiple copies of the same email based on a single email from the PhishER platform when running a phishrip.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Email security that get past email filters.

I like how my users are able to report emails easily and how quickly the platform checks it and lets me know if a threat is detected.

What do you dislike about the product?

the manual part of having to PhishRIP it and manually delete emails from other user's inbox

It is helping us get malicious emails out of our environment that get through our email security vendor

Automated phishing attempts sent randomly and scoring as necessary.

Nothing at this time. The products works well.

This is helping our staff to learn of potential phishing attack formats and what to watch for.

The ability to see all the messages that users flag with the PAB

Tough to move between massages and back to the rooms

Our ability to see the target attacks our users are facing and the PhishRIP ability to remove those emails from everyones inbox

The ability to pull back emails and further protect users

Nothing back. I missed out on training for this however so that is desired

More and more users are reporting issues which with with a larger sample size I now can cater user training appropriately.

What do you like best about the product?

Very easy to use and genuinely user-friendly. Being able to quickly extract reported emails from users’ mailboxes is a huge time-saver and makes the whole process much more efficient.

Only thing I dislike is not knowing about it sooner

It makes a life easier to manage emails and phishing attempts

Not that I know off _ It looks all is good and working

It shows us the detailed report pof phishing attempt which we can investigate further with other tools

I found the PAB button reports most helpful. I like getting them and seeing just what gets reported to us and by which users.

What do you dislike about the product?

The rules need to be explained a bit better for making things more automatic. I have learned more here at the convention about the rules and we found that two of my rules were cancelling each other out. A better guide linked to that would be great.

The Phish ER is solving our blind spots into what our users are facing in their daily email inboxes and helping us resolve any questions our users have when they report things to us.
