The Absolute Best
What do you like best about the product?
I love the rule-based categoration and PhishFlip features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do now know of anything with PhishER that is not helpful. I am currently unable to take advantage of all features due to our antiquated infrastructure, but we are in the process of upgrading to get there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My end-users are seeing real-life phishing attempts alongside the KnowBe4 templates to know that true bad-actors will do whatever it takes to trick them into taking their bait.

PhishER has been one of my best decisions!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automated nature of how suspected Phishing emails are reported and evaluated before my team looks at them. Being able to see a list of the reported messages with the machine learning tags versus looking at an inbox of just "raw" emails is so much better than how we have handled submissions over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything in PhishER. I wish PhishRip wasn't so restrictive sometimes but I understand why the restrictions are needed or the tool may be abused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sorting through an inbox and manually pulling out elements of suspected phishing emails has been a real time-consuming task. Now we can just look at each report and see the elements pulled out for us so we can quickly evaluate and verify the machine learning assessment.
Knowbe4 and PhishER did as advertised,they changed the culture of our employees for the better
What do you like best about the product?
We have a 1 person IT department, combing through emails to confirm good or bad is extremely time consuming. With rules and automated tasks, it has become very easy to manage. How does it compare to competitors? I don't think anyone can compete with the suite of products and support to train employees on cyber hygiene.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside to PhishER. the system is pretty self-explanatory, and the more you use it the snappier it becomes.
Perhaps more built-in intelligence to handle even more of the emails would be a plus, but honestly, it fits our needs without it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER gives the employees a single easy method to report phishing emails, as well as standardizing the IT department's approach toward suspicious emails. The product has offered guidance to the IT Department on how to address the issue of reporting suspicious emails.

PhishER is great training for end users. I appreciate that the emails going out to test our users look legit, and it has made our users a lot more cautious.
What do you dislike about the product?
PhishER is at the top of its competitors, I don't have anything that I dislike about it.

PhishER solves a lot of problems by training users to think before they click

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it teaches the users and gives them an easy option to report phishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is we do not want our users getting too worried and reporting any email as a phish.

They are helping us meet the need of security vs accessibility.

What do you like best about the product?
The visibility of PhishER right within Outlook has gotten our users in the habit of looking for suspicious emails and reporting them. Having the ability to preemptively remove phishing or other suspicious emails before other employees even have the chance to interact with them is a considerable benefit. I highly recommend this feature!

We like everything about PhishER. Nothing to dislike.

Confusuion/lack of clear differentiation between 'rules' and 'actions'

Pulling ALL instances of a bad email from all users mailboxes is priceless!

Needs more of an open community about developing and using the custom rules you can manually create.
