All in all a great service. False positives prevents it from being wonderful.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of on-boarding. You just sign up and go!
What do you dislike about the product?
False positives. We get a bunch of issues that are not really issues - once that happens there's no one to talk to. the account manager sends you to create a support ticket and from them you don't get a response for a very long while, if any. Pretty disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continous application security testing - helps us find issues coming from outside our infrastructure.
