Very efficient cloud based CCM tool

What do you like best about the product?
Template creation is very straightforward. Allows me to create correspondence on the fly
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing is bit complicated. Difficult to setup the environment initially
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating business templates for both barch and on demand correspondence.

What do you like best about the product?
Can have great Conversations with Customers, fantastic Document Negotiation and a complete SaaS product
What do you dislike about the product?
It's almost simple to implement, and designing layouts can be a little tricky, which can be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are going Digital, On-demand, and providing Interactive solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Detailed configuration. You can customize the output document. Pretty easy to use for end users once everything has been setup. The support team is helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
You will need to learn and understand how to this application works and how to configure it. Depends on your requirement for the template, this can be challenging sometime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product helps us automated some of our process. Save our time and resources.
