Seamless Salesforce Integration for Complex Enterprise Contracts
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates seamlessly with Salesforce CRM and helps automate key processes for sales teams. It’s also well suited to handling complex, enterprise-level contracts and obligations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup can be lengthy and challenging, and it often requires specialized expertise or additional support. Migrating templates between environments can also be difficult and may take extra effort to get right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This update resolved an issue where OCR processing was failing in Stage 3 and returning an error related to "AcroForm field 'Sig' with no AP".

The Simplicity of the admin process and now AIME so excited to see how can we implement that as admins

the interface is different than Salesforce is not bad but a bit confusing sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Conga CLM is user-friendly and is always innovating. It's great for managing our agreements, generating templates, and managing our customer database and contractual obligations. Having one platform for all our contracts reduces risk and exposure, while improving contract management and customer experience.

Conga CLM provides one platform for all our contracts, reducing risk, improving contract management, and enhancing customer experience. We use it to manage agreements, generate templates, and manage our customer database and contractual obligations.
Automation and Integration That Transformed Our Policy and Contract Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The gained efficiencies, automation and integration potential of this product has had a significant impact on the way we issue policies and negotiate contracts. We use APIs in real time and through RPA technology 3-times a day to pull data for contracts 24/7.
What do you dislike about the product?
I absolutely love working with the Conga team so that fact that I only get to see them once a year is my dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Adobe for eSig capabilities, our Cognizant team was able to work with Conga to find a solution to include a live URL in our reminders to improve signature compliance rates.
Effortless Document Automation, Needs Better Amendments
What do you like best about the product?
Conga CLM helps us with document automation, making processes more efficient. I find it easy to work with overall. I like creating a Purchase Agreement because the software is user-friendly and makes the process straightforward.

Could be better creating amendments. For our company, we are looking for a simple solution for amendments.

Effortless Contract Management, Needs Better AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Conga CLM allows us to have all of our contracts in the same place and easily access our agreements. I appreciate the contract tree, which I find helpful, and I also like the automated event alerts.

The AI functionality.

Streamlines Agreement Versioning and Amendment Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Helps us to manage agreement versioning and documentation with its amendments

in xauthor for word has very limited usecase and some of the complex hierarchies are not possible to pull into the word document.

Streamline document versioning with final documentation ,also agreement rules, and query templates feature helps to avoid manual customization for region/language-based template selection
Streamlined E-Signature, Room for Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I find Conga CLM makes it much easier and faster to formalize our sales process and close deals. It's very easy to generate SOWs and MSAs and then route them for signature. I definitely value the e-signature routing feature because it makes it very easy to capture signatures quickly. The initial setup was fairly easy since it can be installed as an AppExchange app right within Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
While routing for e-signature is easy, it requires a lot of manual steps to setup a document for signature. I wish there was more AI-injected into the process to suggest the signers and pull in the required information automatically instead of manually.

I use Conga CLM to create SOWs and MSAs and initiate e-signature requests, which makes it faster to formalize our sales process and close deals.
Seamless Salesforce Integration and Powerful Contract Automation
What do you like best about the product?
The native integration with Salesforce is far and away the best feature. Being able to trigger a complex contract directly from an Opportunity record without flipping between browser tabs is a massive time-saver. I also highly value the X-Author for Word add-in; it allows our Legal team to stay in Microsoft Word for redlining while ensuring all those changes sync back to the Salesforce 'Source of Truth' automatically. The recent updates to the AI-driven Contract Intelligence (CCI) have also made third-party paper review significantly faster by highlighting high-risk clauses instantly
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial implementation and configuration are undeniably complex. It is not a 'plug-and-play' solution and usually requires a dedicated consultant or a very advanced Salesforce Admin to set up the initial templates and logic. The UI can also feel a bit cluttered and 'legacy' in certain administrative areas compared to some of the newer, lightweight CLM startups. Additionally, we've noticed that very large document packages can sometimes cause performance lag during the generation and sync process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Conga, our contract process was a mess of version-control issues and 'email ping-pong' between Sales and Legal. Conga CLM has centralized our repository, meaning anyone with the right permissions can see exactly where a contract sits in the approval pipeline. It has solved the problem of manual data entry errors by pulling data directly from Salesforce fields into templates. The biggest benefit has been the reduction in cycle time; we’ve cut our average contract turnaround from two weeks to just a few days, which directly accelerates our time-to-revenue.
