Seamless Salesforce Integration and Powerful Contract Automation
What do you like best about the product?
The native integration with Salesforce is far and away the best feature. Being able to trigger a complex contract directly from an Opportunity record without flipping between browser tabs is a massive time-saver. I also highly value the X-Author for Word add-in; it allows our Legal team to stay in Microsoft Word for redlining while ensuring all those changes sync back to the Salesforce 'Source of Truth' automatically. The recent updates to the AI-driven Contract Intelligence (CCI) have also made third-party paper review significantly faster by highlighting high-risk clauses instantly
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial implementation and configuration are undeniably complex. It is not a 'plug-and-play' solution and usually requires a dedicated consultant or a very advanced Salesforce Admin to set up the initial templates and logic. The UI can also feel a bit cluttered and 'legacy' in certain administrative areas compared to some of the newer, lightweight CLM startups. Additionally, we've noticed that very large document packages can sometimes cause performance lag during the generation and sync process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Conga, our contract process was a mess of version-control issues and 'email ping-pong' between Sales and Legal. Conga CLM has centralized our repository, meaning anyone with the right permissions can see exactly where a contract sits in the approval pipeline. It has solved the problem of manual data entry errors by pulling data directly from Salesforce fields into templates. The biggest benefit has been the reduction in cycle time; we’ve cut our average contract turnaround from two weeks to just a few days, which directly accelerates our time-to-revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Conga CLM keeps the whole contract process organized and hassle-free. Approvals, versions, templates, and compliance are all handled smoothly, and being connected through Salesforce means nothing slips through the cracks. It's flexible enough to work even in complex setups, and every new update makes it easier for users. Approvals are super useful because they make sure the right people sign off at the right time so nothing gets stuck or overlooked. Versions and templates save a ton of time and reduce errors since teams are always working with the latest, approved content. Compliance features give everyone confidence that contracts follow the right rules and guidelines. The Salesforce integration is a game changer; it keeps all the contract data tied to the right accounts and opportunities, so nothing gets lost and everything stays organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there aren't many downsides, but a few things could be smoother. Onboarding can feel a bit tricky for new users because there's a lot to learn, and the documentation could be clearer with more step by step examples. Sometimes, exploring advanced features means leaning on support or admins, though support always does a fantastic job helping out. a few more self service tools or guided in app learning would make it easier for teams to get confident on their own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Conga CLM to manage contracts faster and with accuracy, solving bottlenecks by centralizing everything. It streamlines approvals, ensures compliance, automates tasks, and enhances collaboration while keeping us organized.
Effortless eSign and Seamless Agreement Management
What do you like best about the product?
Its quick esign process & smoother execution flow of entire agreement lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
No as such. I do not find anything because I have used DocuSign CLM also and I found Conga CLM way better than that.

It is solving contract lifecycle management processes which were cumbersome earlier.

Intuitive Contracts with Complicated Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I find Conga CLM to be valuable for its out-of-the-box functionality, which streamlines our contracting process within the enterprise business segment. The software's intuitive contract generation process is a standout feature, as it significantly expedites the creation of complex contracts based on input from the sales team and pre-existing information in Sales. Additionally, Conga CLM integrates effectively with Salesforce, enhancing our overall workflow efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation of Conga CLM was not well-handled, as it involved custom solutions that were excessively complex and difficult to manage. These solutions could have been better designed to facilitate easier maintenance. Furthermore, the support teams did not effectively transfer the knowledge of the implementation to the ongoing support from the Account Management Support (AMS), leading to a lack of understanding of our custom solution. Additionally, the tool for managing templates and redlining, XAuthor, is glitchy and slow, which frustrates our users. It would be preferable to have a different tool for redlining contracts that either is not a Word add-in or functions as a more effective Word add-in. A separate tool for managing the templates would also be ideal. Overall, the setup was overly complex, and the team prioritized meeting deadlines over designing and implementing a sustainable solution that would truly benefit our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Conga CLM expedites contract generation by drafting complex contracts using pre-existing criteria and sales information. Its intuitive process and extensive functionality are beneficial, although I struggle with complex custom solutions and glitchy tools like XAuthor.
Flexible Customization and Effortless Contract Management
What do you like best about the product?
As both an admin and a developer, I really appreciate how flexible Conga CLM is when it comes to customizing templates and workflows without requiring extensive coding. It also makes it much easier for our stakeholders to generate, review, and approve contracts with just one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
The X-author extension tool could be enhanced. At present, it allows us to view only two objects: contracts and templates. It would be beneficial to include an option that lets users add related objects within the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has shortened the time needed to switch between tabs, and we were able to implement a parallel approval process within Salesforce with just one click.
Seamless Integration and Effortless Signing with Conga CLM
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Conga CLM is its integration with signing tools like AdobeSign, DocuSign, etc. This helps us to complete the signining process without any much manual efforts. The UI is also user friendly and it can be easily implemented on Salesforce CRM. There are very less issues reported, however, if there is any need, we get an excellent support for this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major downsides as such however, it has been observed at times that the document generation takes some time when the templates are complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization, the negotiation and signing process is an important process, as there can be multiple users working on the same contract. In this scenario, Conga CLM's parallel review feature along with its integration with Docusign helps us greatly to manage these contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
The Conga CLM helps greatly in managing all the legal contracts efficiently. Specially, the negotiation process of the contract is very helpful as it enabled multiple users to review the contracts parallely. The implementation is also very easy and its integration with signing tools such as DocuSign and AdobeSign helps us complete the contract signing process very effectively. The overall support provided by the Conga for Conga CLM is excellent. Our issues gets resolved very quickly and it helps us reduce the turn around time with our end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the document generation process using Conga CLM is quite simple, however, at times if becomes difficult to create complex templates using XAC tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization, generally as per the customers requirement there will be a need to modify the templates. However, it is important for us to preseve the previous versions as well. Conga CLM provides document as well as template versioning functionality which helps us greatly in achieving this use-case. We can easily navigate back to any of the previous version and can make the necessary changes to create a new version.

Effortless Contract Management with Powerful Template Generation using Conga CLM
What do you like best about the product?
Conga CLM helps us grealty in managing our contracts, starting from the document geration, review process till the approvals. This is great tool to manage all the contracts and interface is also UI friendly. However, the best thing about Conga CLM is the ease with which it helps in generating complex contracts. The X-Author for Contracts Add In helps in creating complex templates which then can be generated using Conga CLM without much manaul efforts. The implemention of Conga CLM is very simple and it easily integrates with Salesforce. The support provided by the Conga for this is also exceptional as the issue get resolved in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the CLM's document generation capability is exceptional, at times it is observed that there is some performance degradation observed specifially for large and complex contracts. In some scenarios, it takes more than the expected time to generate the document which can be improved a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The complexity of our contracts is very high. We have lenghty contracts with multiple repeat sections, however, Conga CLM is just the perfect tool for this. Conga CLM helps us generate complex documents very easily and without much manual efforts which is very benefitting for our organization.
