What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to configure to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to delete some functions or attributes no longer using for example old fields in profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visibility of what stage a contract review is in and to report on the lifecycle. We are also able to automate the process and not lean on email as much.

conga contracts is intuitive for non redlines, but s sometimes there are issues with versions.

docs are automatically uploaded into salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
the layout is clunky, and it is hard to delete documents on mass.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are working with conga to use these tools more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
You can have different types of documents and merge Salesforce info without having to rewrite or type the info
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit cluncky if you don't set it up correctly

Contracts no longer sit with an approver very long

What do you like best about the product?
Redlines! This feature has really helped us with our version control issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky. Opening view redlines, then open word, confuses our reps. The negotiate feature has been really hard to roll out and get users to adopt. They don't want to send the email via conga, but from their outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Version control, better visulization to contracts in process. More controls and better hygeine in Salesforce
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The product works great if you have a dedicated person overseeing the process; if you are looking for version control, and have a simple approval flow.

I like the flexibility to manipulate our enviornment on our own
Contract Flow functionality
Customer support is top notch
What do you dislike about the product?
contract flow reporting is diappointing
changes to environment that take away functionality that is working well - would be nice to be able to opt in or out.

Customer Success managers change to much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
contract lifecyle management
ability to collaborate with different departments/approvers
better support of clients

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track the requests open in my queue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of training; piecemeal permissions; all of the steps required to create opportunities, quotes, contracts, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency, organization, document generation, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Our Contract process with Conga couldn't be a better fit. With ease of use our sales team has the quickest and stress free process of sending agreements with a link and having them accept within secs. With realtime updates our team is able to be alerted to to status of the agreement being sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far the team at Conga has been responsive and friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of our buisness units has a complicated system but now with Conga sign we will be able to keep signed documents within salesforce for tracking and reporting needs.

What do you like best about the product?
that the solution brings transparency and automation to the process of contracts from requesting, through generating, negotiation, execution and storage
What do you dislike about the product?
there are none as yet but I am an early user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
providing automation to an otherwise more manual process, also providing a visible audit trail to the wider organization including the status of any contract negotiaton; also tranferability of legal workload and ensuring that all contract documents are processed through to full execution.

What do you like best about the product?
All in one place and ease of use to initiate, negotiate, and sign our Legal Agreements.
What do you dislike about the product?
When users fail to follow the process, I wish the resolutions to get things back on track were simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We finally have a "Process" that all departments are following.
