Great system to increase efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
The customization capabilities are extensive, and administrators are taught to make changes/tweaks themselves. Once you learn, there is no need to have a third party step in to help with changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licenses are quite expensive for a nonprofit to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Approval processes are automated. Document management and repository are completely electronic now. It's a one-stop shop for contract administration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest in the professional implementation services, where a Conga consultant comes on-site to teach you everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the mostly automated flows and the ability to handle the entire lifecycle of a contract in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations in licensing and in creation that are difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping our people compliant and organzied.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga contracts is a great application to store contracts, to streamline workflows, or to integrate an esignature solution such as DocuSign. The additional forms allow you to customize the data you need to capture based on your specific industry. The hands on support is always helpful to trouble shoot issues. API funcitonality allows you to create a metadata fields to be captured to abide by federal regulatory requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga contracts does not offer the functionality of customization based on industry. Super user entitlements, maker check functionality, workflow automation to feed to additonal forms, and lastly the negotiation feature is a straight forward wasy platform to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are the organization of the contracts, API feeds, and lastly the ability to cutomize additional forms based on your industry. The integration of the DocuSign feature is also highly beneficial as well.

What do you like best about the product?
the way that we can easily draft an agreement using fields. Using a process that can easily show the status of where it stands without having to reach out to all types of other individuals
What do you dislike about the product?
the mobile app. it is hard to navigate and when I am mobile I now request the desktop site but still there are many items that are either cut off or not clearly visible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lack of process or understanding where we are in the contracting process
it has been very simple to review comments and the fact that the executed document is kept in a single place as well as the email traffic during the process

The ability for various departments to have insight into the contract process has been very helpful. Having the information i need and want in one place has made my ability to process contracts more efficient and effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having a clear picture of your internal processes before beginning implementation will make Conga Contracts that much more of a smooth transition.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga allows the functionality to run a specific flow geared towards our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The creation of a user flow takes some programming product knowledge. The platform can allow for specification, however there is a need for better user friendly autonomy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for workflow approvals. The benefit of e-Signature has been a great time savings as well as messaging right in the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Our overall experience with Conga Contracts, from implementation to execution has been positive. Conga provides support staff from every aspect to help make the overall experince go smoothly. They even provide a great support user group, and offer continual training so that you do not go stagnet in how Conga can offer other solutions as they arise in your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the very beginning, we were upsold on what we needed. We were also not given a true timeline on what to expect with data migration, setting up our platform, and getting it implemented, so it caused friction with our C level and what they expected would be done by certain points, causing more work for our Project Managment team and those inputting and setting up the platform.
Also, since I am and admin., I would like the ability to push dashboards to end users. I would like to create what I need them to see and push it to them, as many end users don't want to take the time to create these dashboards. I know what is important to each end user, so I would like to be able to create these and then push to them. Also, you recently took away the ability to search for the contract purpose in the search results. This is an important feature needed in our organization, so I would like to see it broght back this year if possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key problems is the storage of are many contracts, as well as helping us to organize the structure and flow of the contracts. When renewing current contracts, it is often hard to track previous version and how they are related to the current contract. Conga has helped us streamline this process. It also keeps us informed on when key actions are needed for a contract--e.g. executing an out clause. Conga also helps me keep track of key language in contracts so I don't have to scan and dig through a contract to find the language needed to address a question --e.g. are we able to share the resources data with outside clients

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting capabilities are phenomenal. Every way you slice it or dice it, your data can be cross-referenced and reorganized for whatever you want to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not intuitive to set up, so it requires a heavy initial time investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing and uploading final contracts is quick and easy. Having a single location for all documents and departments is extremely helpful for tracking trends.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend time prior to implementation to clean up the data you are importing into the system. It will be a decent time investment but it will be worth it.
