Perfect. Autonomy at its finest. Less work for workers.
What do you like best about the product?
The upside is having a repostory where all Users can log on and see the way each contract is setiup and ewahat status we are at with it.
Also it is very easy to implement becasue the processes work very similarly.

What do you dislike about the product?
A bit mroe security agaimnst Contract Groups. Instead of purchasing new instances every time for my clients. Why not make the security based against the Contract Group?
Example: Keep all clauses against the Contract Group, also have the company logo against the contract group so they can see its personalised to them when Users log in.

Reporting and BI Toolbox. Makes is great to send results to associates.

Making Contracts Management Easy
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to customize and adapt the workflow to our company's needs. Automation is made easy. Many features are customizable to the customer. Access and restrictions are easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could change and move around more contract fields.

I want to make the workflow easier to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
The synchronization between SF and Conga Contracts as a repository
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult to get the Conga Contracts for Salesforce piece to replicate or replace our existing CPQ contract generation functionality. If that process was easier to manage, i.e. setting conditions for when certain clauses are generated, it would have been smoother for us.

The Legal team needed a better place to view and manage all company contracts, not just those from SF.

Gives the sales reps everything they need to create the standard contract

Only hate it when it’s down. Most of the time it works great!

Just makes everything easier on the rep so they can spend more time selling without having to go back and forth to add in missing info.

Love that we can pull in content modules based on the products listed in a salesforce opportunity
What do you dislike about the product?
The editor is a bit clunky. It takes a while to get a proposal looking good after it is first generated

Conga allows us to quickly convert a salesforce opportunity into a client-ready contract
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you want to be able to pull n custom content modules based on a product in Salesforce, Conga is the only contract management/ creation platform that seems to have this feature
