Seamless Contract Generation and eSign Directly from CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It enables contract generation directly from CRM and supports native eSign, Contract Creation & Analytics. Offers functionalities like version comparisons, redlining and complete contract histories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes contract templates gets corrupted and difficult to restore it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing is about to boost productivity and integrations. also making contracting process standardized.
Amazing pruduct Conga CLM
What do you like best about the product?
Conga CLM has really helped us bring structure to our contract process. It’s reliable, fast, and simple to manage inside Salesforce. We’ve been using Conga for a few years now, and it continues to deliver great value. Their support and account teams are very professional and approachable.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI customization could be a bit more flexible. Like, we can not customize UI for send for review page. Advanced automation features can take some extra setup time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What stands out the most for me is the parallel review feature, which has made the contract review process much smoother. It allows multiple parties to review a contract simultaneously without any manual intervention and once the review is complete, the final document is automatically retrieved in the Salesforce agreement which is fantastic.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga CLM is straightforward to implement, and its managed package code is robust, offering the flexibility to integrate with key vendors such as DocuSign and Adobe Sign for eSignatures. The platform supports a seamless workflow, guiding users from agreement creation and document generation all the way to contract activation. It has become an essential tool for both our sales and legal teams, who rely on it daily to handle various contract types and collaborate across different departments with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it seems that their service pricing model is tailored more toward enterprise clients, which can make it less accessible for smaller organizations because of the higher costs and significant resource demands. One frequent example of this is the Conga CLM upgrade cycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major advantage with Conga CLM is the acceleration it provides to revenue cycles by shortening the contract cycle times and businesses can close the deals faster thus improving revenue realization and operation agility. It is a highly scalable solution that addresses large scale contracting needs making it easier for the sales and legal users to handle increased contractual volumes without any loss of control and efficiency. This solution with helps of its internal tools and features automates negotiations, approval and contract tracking which not only reduces administrative overheads but also increase efficient contract handling.
Conga CLM Streamlines Contracts, but Obligation Management Needs Better Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Conga CLM, I must say has simplified our entire Contract lifecycle management processes by reducing those crucial for sales and legal teams. It offers end-to-end contract management solution that starts right from contract crreation to adding contindencies, maintaing all the agreement actions from renwals to terminations. Conga CLM is a great tool which is currently our one stop solution for all the contractual needs. The after sales services from support services to customer success teams are great to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recent fucntioanity of Obligation management in the Conga CLM functionality needs some work with a need of proper documentation around it that make it easier for new users to start using the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scalability is the major reason why we chose Conga CLM as we have a very complex contact management process that involves very complex approval processes for high value contracts. it is very light weight solution which is very easy to implements with very strong features like approval processes, approval rules, agreement protection and agreement rules, Wizard to give eye catchy look to contract creation UI, and the dela breaker X-author for managing the templates and clauses for Document generation.
The data security that comes with Conga CLM is excellant as they keep updating their solutions as per salesforce platform needs ensuring the customer data is safe and secure. The recent contract AI capabilities adds cherry to the top that boosts the overall efficiency by 20%.

Excellent Revenue Management and Support, Installation Could Be Smoother

My experience with Conga has been extremely good, they have an excellent suite of revenue management products and excellent support

The installation process would benefit from clearer guidance and could be made easier to complete.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga CLM stands out for its ability to handle complex features such as review, redlining, cycle time tracking, and versioning. It offers flexibility to support custom use cases through Salesforce Flows and Apex, making it adaptable to various business requirements. The platform is easy to configure, with a wide range of features that suit nearly all contract lifecycle management needs. Additionally, one of the most notable aspects is the excellent customer service that Conga provides for its solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The license cost is relatively high when compared to similar products. However, I believe the services are designed to be more accessible, which likely makes them suitable for use across various contract management businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating templates is straightforward with X-author for Contracts, which is one of the most robust tools available. The platform also enables effective tracking of risk and compliance throughout negotiation cycles, and its automated tracking of changes between parties helps ensure standardization during contract execution. The contract repository is versatile, offering integration with Salesforce as well as with eSignature providers such as DocuSign and Adobe Sign. Additionally, Conga features its own eSignature solution, Conga Sign, which delivers better performance than DocuSign and Adobe Sign.
Powerful Contract Management Made Easy and Efficient with Conga CLM
What do you like best about the product?
Conga CLM helps manage the contratcs and deliver accurate results very effectively and efficiently that includes agreement creations, approval workflows, auditing of contractual changes for eg: renewal and amendments. It is a very powerful tool that helps you mitigate risk by reducing the manual efforts of maintainging the clauses and standar language snips in the contracts. Another good thing is the features it offers which are very esy to implement and configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifcations for different action which are not at all required could be annoying a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COnga CLM has resulted in achieving a postive ROI from the successful deals because of those effective accelerated sales cycles.COnga CLM is very scalable with top-notch performance. CLM offers features like self service contracts and centralized clause libraries has mitigated the risk that comes with manual clasue and legal standard language management. The negotiation cycles have been improved with the help of X-author contracts that offers proper auditing, track changes and enhance compliance with set operations standards.
Effortless Parallel Reviews and Seamless Salesforce Integration, But Smart Search Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
Conga provides an easier way to accomplish parallel reviews that no other software seems to be able to do. During our busy season many of our users are generating and sending contracts all day with no issues or slow downs which is amazing based on the volume. Works surprisingly well with Salesforce staying within any limits set out by salesforce

Smart search does not function as it should. We have had a few teams from Conga review it with little success

Conga provides a way for multiple people to review our documents at the same time. This provides a much more seamless process to our Clients and Users. It also uses time efficiently

Conga CLM assists us in creating contracts and managing the entire contract lifecycle in a single location. Having all the necessary tasks and actions accessible in one place truly helps us save time, gain better insights into our deals, and close them more quickly and accurately.
