Easy Integration with Salesforce, but Needs More Reliable Support
What do you like best about the product?
Conga CLM helped us in Salesforce ecosystem to manage end user contract and agreements. Integrating conga is very easy and fast paced.
What do you dislike about the product?
In recent rimes we have seen couple of outages and resulted in business impact. Additionally conga support team need to be very pro active. They need to manage better customer support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga helped us in managing contracts and reduced the time taken by individual brokers to complete contracts

We manage to generate static documents with CLM

It seems to be a solution more designed for Legal than Professional Services

Complex Implementation, user interface isn't the most intuitive, only works well if you're already deeply using Salesforce, Price & Licensing Complexity, slow performance

Flexibility and conga staff always bringing multiple solutions to you when presenting a problem

N/A, we have conga contracts but excited for the possibility move to clm sooner rather than later

N/A, we have Conga Contracts only using as a repository at this point. Looking to grow

What do you like best about the product?
How in late December back in '63... wait sorry, I enjoy the accessibility of our contracts due to being on the cloud and being able to track any revision changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface for Conga Contracts can be a bit user unfriendly due to the time it takes to learn what fields apply to where when running more in-septh reports or performing bulk edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to better notify the appropriate parties for when evaluations are due as well as the current date of the contracts expiration.

Increase efficiency and reduces user error. I love the features and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't currently dislike anything about CLM.
