Excellent place to assist the customer while on chat
What do you like best about the product?
I can merge all the platforms at a place example fb, instagram, whatsapp etc and assist the customer on the same, even create automation for bot to reply, integration is pretty easy, and it is easy to undertstand and implement, customer support is excellent, we use it on daily basis 24x7
What do you dislike about the product?
Unhappy customer giving multiple Dsats, which needs to address and even we cannot exclude them from giving surveys
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshchat is dooing commendable job interms of giving a platform where in we can use a single window to assist customers from various other platforms, and we can even listen to there voicenotes send files to the customer on the go
