What do you like best about the product?
There are many cool kinds of stuff about Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps, like their incident management options, the dashboards, the data analytics, and the cool interactive chatbots. I feel this is one of the best low-code environments, with so many options to make our server perform better. The advanced ML algorithm is powerful and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite many good things about the platform, this is very expensive to opt for mid-sized organizations. I also feel the environment can be improved regarding flexibility and friendliness. The ease of deployment to our servers is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Cloud Pak incident management is a very scalable feature of it. The incidents are reflected in real-time with minimum process time. The IT Team can quickly identify where the problem arises, whether from networks or applications. The automated incident triage feature is versatile across many servers. The dashboard highlights the issues occurring in any servers and the cause of such incidents. The IT team is highly dependent on this platform for seamless incident management.
