Teramind is amazing for the team monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Simple Interface, support and accuracy of the data points. Lot of features at given price its amazing. Further I feel its super secured as the support staff even do not have access to your data without your permission. Video view of the team is another great feature. You can even view live steaming of teams working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Paymnet gateway issue. In India there are issues with bill payment. Its not smooth working some how. And too much of orange color in admin panel. From the features wise there is no complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping me monitoring my remote team the best. Our whole payout system is depend on this. And team is very happy using this software.
A lot of data is captured to work with, but takes a while to setup
What do you like best about the product?
There are basic templates in place to assist in extracting the data on each employee. The data is comprehensive and you have the power to easily control access to different items. The online support chat is very good and has helped me correctly when required.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an incredible learning curve to get up to speed. A step by step procedure would help greatly and I would prefer better ways to process mass record classifications on categories. I have however found the online chat to help during these challengers

Terramind is helping to get an understanding of our IT work environment and requirements per department. It also enables us to quickly identify problem employees and potential security risks.

We used it for one employee on a mac and it wasn't functioning most of the time. could be they already fixed the issue

You can easy monitor users. Best solution to detect data breach. Quick support regarding issues. You can automate some processes and receive reports by your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Anti-virus detect this software as malicious, so you need have attention when you need upgrade to latest version. Important to do this without user interaction.

Teramind can help protect company data from stealing. Was couple employees who have tried to steal company data, teramind detects this and help bring data back.

What do you like best about the product?
Teramind has helped Monitor Remote Working and Inhouse Employee Productivity and Information Security Policy Compliance. It also functions as an Audit Record that helps in tracking information Security Incidents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Menu and Navigation could be more user-friendly, but then again there are a lot of information points to display, and the current layout is satisfactory. However, if you plan to improve the menu and navigation is an area that could further improve.

Teramind help in Employee Productivity Monitoring and Information Security Policy Compliance Monitoring. Further, the Records help in Identifying Potential Information Security incidents that would otherwise go unnoticed.

I can monitor both in house and remote employees so I can judge their performance.

Early on I would see certain programs on my computer having some issues but tech support was amazing and we got everything resolved.

Ease of use of server inferface. Speed and helpfulness of support. Very simple to install updates

Installing of agent software on remote PCs can be a bit of trial and error
